Parking was difficult, the spaces outside the building were all taken. There was a spillover car park next door but it wasn’t obvious this belonged to hotel. There was lots of construction sites and a confusing one way system. Wasted 30 minutes trying to work this all out and to park the car.

    Stylish building, smart rooms

The Torino FC stadium is visible from the property and ruins an otherwise fine view.

Free ticket to the Pinacoteca Agnelli and access to the Lingotto roof (old FIAT testtrack). Nice shower. Just across from Eataly and walking distance to Museo dell'Automobile.

Not really close from the city center, you definitely need to take the metro or a bus. Also, the light from the corridor would lighten the whole room during the night, we had to put our luggage to impede light to come through.. also, the alarm thing on the ceiling was blinking red the whole night so that was a bit annoying. Anyway, this might only bother people who have sleeping issues...nothing to be alarmed about.

Everyone was really nice, from reception to breakfast. Room was great, bed very comfortable, bathroom well cleaned, really like the architecture of the hotel, really nice to discover the different floors! There was a problem with the reservation because we had paid for a “one-king bed sized bed” and we had two twin beds, they managed to take care of it and apologized for it.

Missing on some details... no proper glasses in the room only cheap plastic ones, the first day there were towels for one person only, nothing but water in the minibar. Have stayed many times over the past few years, not sure that the change from NH to Hilton has brought any benefit

    I liked everything

Spacious room with huge window and 5 m high ceiling, modern design, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, multi direction shower, very high class breakfast. And across the street is Eataly, a food compound for both products and great dinner options. TV has stations in a lot of languages, There are common areas with desks that are very convenient for business team.meetings.

The stuff wasn't that helpful with the questions or issues I had. When I simply couldn't find an English or Russian TV channel because there are too many, and asked 2 times on the reception to provide me with the specific channel numbers, I simply didn't get a call back about this question

Getting there from the parking lot of the other NH hotel was somewhat awkward.

Location was perfect for our visit to the Torino Automobile Museum. Literally a few blocks away from an absolutely world class History of the Automobile Museum. Took the metro downtown for a great bite to eat in the Galleria - beautiful old town to walk around. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was wonderful - probably among the best we have had in Europe. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was amazing - clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. It had been the offices for the former Fiat factory. Ceilings were 30 feet high. Brand new and very modern and sleek.

It is far from down town. But there is metro station and bus stop. Staff of the hotel don't suggest us to come to city center by car, but I think it is possible and also you can leave car in right bank. There were some Italian fans(of Juwentus) near the main entrance of hotel.

Very nice hotel. Everything is perfect! I suggest to everybody! Eataly( the best branch in Italy) is near. It is good opportunity to eat and buy food( even it is expensive). There are a lot of parking space around hotel. Breakfast in nice( one of the best in Italy). Service is nice. Modern hotel. Room big and comfortable.

There's no bar, only one small sofa at the end of the restaurant.

An amazing building with much history, as this was the Fiat Factory and the test track is on the roof, it was featured in the The Italian Job, a must for all car lovers, don't forget to ask the reception staff for the key to the lift and you visit it.

Nothing, althugh there could be an on-site exercise room, sauna and steam rather than having to go to a nearby location. Otherwise, it was just fine.

For a straight forward business hotel, this can't be beat. Location is great, close to public transportation and right next to a huge shopping mall and the famous Eataly food emporium with nine or so restaurants, a fantastic selection of Italian food and wines, and just an all around fun place to visit. Also, front desk and other staff were courteous, friendly and extremely professional.

Soundproofing is not existent. No tea coffee in room no slippers.

Interesting fit out of the ex fiat building, great high ceilings. It's 6 stops to the city centre via metro. Ask for mountain views. Staff are friendly and the breakfast Buffett very nice and coffee on request. Soundproofing.... non existent. Clearly the money went on marble flooring in the shower rather than decent walls between the rooms. No slippers or robes or tea and coffee facilities. Eaterly is great and across the road for dinner and the fiat test track is well worth it for the views. I don't believe this is really four stars however it's an interesting enough building to warrant staying a few nights.

The cappuccino served at breakfast was not good, too much milk.

It was just a nice place to stay, the parking lot is private (by NH) and free of charge. There were plenty of spaces both in public area and in the room, the favorable daylighting and high ceiling made the room a morden, industrialized space which I enjoyed so much. Drinks in minibar were free of charge. The breakfast was of lots of options, especially the salad and fruits "ball". Hotel links to 8-Mall and PAM supermarket where we could get almost everything we needed.

The bathroom design is appalling! The marble shower floor has a negative fall with no additional drain to compensate. As a result when having a shower (no matter how hard you try) water flows out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor and then soaks into the carpeted entry of the room. You need to use your towels to soak up the excess water which makes the request in the bathroom to help with the environment, a joke! The hotel cleaning staff and front desk are all aware of the problem (in spite of the front desk's initial denial), but there obviously is a reluctance by management to fix the problem. The NH Torino Lingotto Tech is a convention hotel which has a very sterile empty feel about it. The breakfast staff seem disinterested and look like they want to be somewhere else with the vast breakfast area cold and uninteresting particularly when there are few guests in the hotel

There was nothing to really like about this hotel.
