Breakfast was notably weak. May be fresh but didn't look appetizing and many display plates empty. Public area was cluttered. Staff didn't demonstrate good knowledge of local area and conditions.

Location was good for our needs. Bathroom good. Staff was cordial, helpful and tried hard to meet customer needs.

The location is nothing special, but presumably people stay there for business or as a stopover.

Very good room, modern, comfortable, at a good price. Worth the four stars.

Restaurant closed on Saturday night and just a vague "drive to the lake" instruction given as an alternative. As we had been driving all day this wasn't what we wanted to hear. No map of the area available either. Shower cubicle had a broken tray and mouldy sealant although the rest of the bathroom was good. Access to the hotel from the road was unsigned - had to drive through a scruffy parking area for other buildings to reach it. No decent English channels on tv. Breakfast poor with almost everything in a packet.

A good sized room with a large comfortable bed, a fridge and a kettle.

No aircon. Apparently it is not allowed in Italy until May each year, meaning that in April if it is hot you have to sleep with your windows opened (very noisy!!!!).

Location. I wanted a hotel near the French-Italian border with quick and easy access to highway.

It was so empty it looked sinister, I think I was the only one in a hotel with 500 rooms. The empty corridors make you feel like in the film "The Shining". 10 euro is too much for such a simple breakfast.

Good price for a 4 stars, the issue is that is 4 stars for Chinese standards and not Europeans. Staff was nice.

It is located in a Centro Commerciale. Not a scenic location but the can't be helped as the location was ideal for my purpose.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight break whilst travelling as its only 2 minutes from the Autostrada. When driving between Italy and the UK I always stop here. Exceptional value for money

Out in the middle of nowhere, we thought we could walk to the station to get to Turin, but the roads were too dangerous, they couldn't order us a taxi either so we ended up driving to the nearest town for dinner, the local restaurants looked pretty awful.

Nice big room, with lots if nice extras in the bathroom and a fridge. The breakfast was also great value for money and a huge selection, including gesso made to order.

A problem, apparently with the electricity supply in the kitchen made the evening meal and breakfast pretty chaotic and unsatisfactory. Staff were suitably apologetic but an explanation of the difficulties in advance would have helped us and them

For travellers it's well sited with ample parking but quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Rooms not very clean. Floors not swept properly. Toilet in dining area was a no go zone.
