LithuaniaBed matrass was too soft, at least for me. The bed itself had some glitches in assembly and basicaly the matrass fell through it in the morning (rather funny though, as this happened to both beds, which combined make one bed). This was repaired fast and without questions. Sound insulation could have been better, although the area overall is quiet.
The hotel in fact is several buildings, run by the same owner. The complex includes a very good restaurant. We got a room in a house across the small street. The room size was OK, it was clean, not run down. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ... well, it was and that is a good thing. AC was working and silent.

AustriaThere was no parking available so we had to park at the opposite restaurant. They seem to be very tough on no smoking policy (I said we dont smoke anyeays, but the receptionist insisted and said we will be reported to the police if we smoke...). They also insisted on coping my credit card even though everything was paid before. A bit weired. At breakfast bread was finished, otherwise ok.

United KingdomLittle things; I would have liked to have been told certain things up front at check in like being offered the wifi code. The pillows in the room were comfortable but there was just one and bedding felt a bit sparse. We were charged for water bottles in the room though there was nothing to indicate that they would be and I assumed that they were complimentary. Breakfast was OK but the protein options could have been better quality e.g. yogurts and cheese. Otherwise it was really only sugar and caffeine.
Staff were friendly and helpful when you made enquiries. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and serviced every day. There were no kettle in the rooms but staff gave me cups of hot water when requested so I could make a green tea. Easy to get into town on the bus. We were in town for an event so didn't really need to spend a lot of time at the hotel. I wish that we had had time to eat at their restaurant which, it seems, is the main star of this small guest house!

HungaryWe got a room not in the hotel building but on the other side of the street in a private house. This was a supprize. The problem was that the neigbour was a family and we can hear every noise. During the day it was impossible to take a rest. This was very unconfortable as we were in a festival with long parties during the night. The WIFI was not working in the room. A had to go the lobby to work when needed. They made cleaning in the are, I asked to give me than a chair in the restaurant which was empty but it was forbiden. Finaly I got a very unconfortable spot to sitt, the vacuum cleaner was running around me during 2 hours....

SloveniaThe staff was very rude and he demanded to take a picture of my credit card from both sides and wanted to take it away from me and said that in the case of not doing that, I will not be permitted to stay. As I already paid in advance, he was literally blackmailing me. This is extremely bad practice and I would not expect to find that kind of hotel on Booking.com. The breakfast was horrible. The bread was stale, the rest was the cheapest food available.
The garden was nice.
