Most of the staff cannot converse in English, come one it's globalisation now , iron box must be provided for us business travellers, even a 2 star hotel provides in Dubai and most of asia

The guy with the beard at the breakfast counter was very professional and pleasing, with his attitude he made up for all drawbacks at the hotel

Bed was not comfortable, air conditioning wouldn't cool the room. The front desk advised us to buy tickets on the tram which wasn't possible. The pool did not look nice so we didn't swim in it. Room service food was mediocre and not very warm.

Free parking. Close to airport and near a tram line. Nice view of the mountains, even from lower floors. Also really cool to see sheep in the fields nearby.

Staff has done its job at the minimum acceptable standard. Nothing impressive, rather borderline to being impolite. From the welcome at the check-in, to the restaurant staff. Location is on the edge of the town, use of a car is important. There is public transport available though. Overall facilities looked aged in the common areas and aging in the rooms.

Minimum accommodation expectations were met. No surprises given the 7.5 rating on this website. But no significant pluses either.

Only 2 elevators for hotel with around 8 floors and a lot of rooms help to build patience. For ex. I was waiting 5 minutes for elavator on 6th floor. Busy reception: for check in There was only one person on reception. Queue was long and I was waiting like 15 minutes or more for check in.

Tasty breakfast. Welcome drink after long waiting for check in.

Hidden term of conditions. They block 50€ per day from your credit card and release them when you check out. Also they issue very ambiguous invoice.

Breakfast wasn't varied, but food was really nice and fresh. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The bathrooms are a bit on the smaller size and a little old, but very clean. The only down aspect was that the cleaning lady would sometimes insist on cleaning our room (and in fact, she entered the room once, even as my husband laid on the bed on his underwear only), even when we would put up the "do not disturb" sign. This happened twice. Overall, a nice experience.

the air conditioning, As usual in europe this season, wasn’t working, my room was very hot so i asked to unlock the window, it was the only way to remain inside, i’d like to remember i’ve payed for the air conditioning. quiet place, but in a industrial area, parking lot belongs t hotel but very expensive, i stayed for 3 days and never changed towels.

When you are given rotten eggs and dirty tomatoes at breakfast it says enoungh. The only 4 star thing about this hotel where the prices at the bar. Disgusted, and happy to leave. No Novotel Giulo Cesare for me. :-(((((

Lobby furniture is very old. The garden shall be utilized instead of space and growing vegetables it can be good place for kids club, coffee shop and expand the swimming pool. The elevator to be changes with new one very old, the parking could be free instead 8 euro. Thanks

It was great stay, great staff and helpful, nice breakfast, nice swimming pool with guard, very good location near great new out let and shopping mall. Nice graden. Thanks

The hotel was booked as an affordable option for a short stay. The room that we had had very poor internet connectivity, the pool was very small and had algae growing on the sides, the cooked breakfast was poor but the continental was passable and for some bizarre reason the lift only went up to floor 8 when we were staying on floor 9. Saying all of that the hotel was clean and inexpensive - you don't expect the Ritz when you pay for the Novotel

The hotel was clean and affordable

    As above please !

Great family Hotel with stacks of facilities for kids & families. Reception Staff were excellent, particularly Miriam. First nights food was very good, but not so good next night! Alberto was good too keeping people on board. Breakfast was manic being a bank holiday? We were advised to get the Tram no 4 into the centre of the City, But we were pushed and robbed of my IPhone & Bank cards on the tram, No one helped or was interested including the Police! Get a Taxi -- only 13 Euros each way and safe!

Situated in a very quite area with not much to do around the area. Pool is quite small & cold & children weren't allowed to take inflatable balls which made it a bit boring. They were told to keep the noise down & no jumping into pool even though it weren't that deep. Rooms cleaned everyday but could do with more attention of cleanliness with regards to curtains. Looked dirty & in need of a good wash. The shower curtains also black at the bottom.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel, breakfast was repetitive, but had good variety, cereal, croissants, bread/toast & cake. The timings were also long which made it convenient & also available during weekends. Games area for family downstairs near reception stopped children getting bored. Overall a good value for money hotel.
