Silvia manages the place perfectly. All digital, all easy, all effective. She recommends places and we had a great third time in Ravenna.

We had a fantastic stay at Noua Luxury Studio Apartments! Our hostess, Silvia, was incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and shared lots of helpful local tips. The apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — with a great bed, big smart TV, and everything you need. The location is ideal — we could easily imagine living here for a month! Ravenna itself is perfectly situated for day trips around the region and offers an incredible dose of UNESCO history and culture. We’d definitely come back again — highly recommended!

Noua Luxury Studio Apartments is a fantastic place to stay in Ravenna. My studio was a generous size, spotlessly clean, contemporary and chic. There was everything I needed for a great stay - a comfortable bed, a great shower and a handy kitchen area with stove, microwave and espresso machine. The apartment is in a wonderful location and all of the major attractions are within easy walking distance. The owner, Silvia, is a fabulous host. She was kind, extremely helpful, a great communicator and an all round lovely person. Exceptional accommodation which I highly recommend ✨️

The apartment was beautifully and sensitively restored to very high standards. The bed was comfortable and the storage facilities well arranged and adequate. Good use had been made of the available space to provide a pleasant, clean and relaxing environment . The property was old and characteristic of the area and a short walk from all the attractions of the beautiful old town of Ravenna. Our host was most helpful.Thank you Silvia for a memorable stay!

We really enjoyed the stay at your lovely place and city. Gracie mille for your warm welcome, hospitality, support and friendliness. A lovingly renovated house, very tastefully furnished. We received a very warm welcome and were given an introduction to the city and its people, with an extensive list of recommendations. We just had the time to visit some of them (osteria, ristorante, lido a.s.o.) but we very pleased. A big “gracie mille” to the landlady Silvia! We would love to come back.

We spent only few days.

Silvia the hostess was pleasant and very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. Ravenna itself was peaceful, and the mosaics were amazing.

Silvia was an excellent host. The apartment was very nicely presented with great attention to detail. She met us on site and explained all about Ravenna. She gave us recommendations for delicious food just a short distance away. On our last morning she kindly organised a taxi for us. The apartment was super and we would recommend it to anyone.

We didn’t really dislike anything, what could have been even better would have been extra bedding (blankets) and choice of pillows

Great host! The place is clean, new and comfortable. I had a great stay, with lots of help from the host! Ill choose this apartment next time I visit Ravenna! Don’t worry about the low reviews, i had the same hesitation, yet all was great!

Excellent location to explore Ravenna by foot. Great host, very responsive and very well organised. A great apartment with elevator access, TV and small kitchen inklusive Microwave. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Absolute perfect.

The apartments were very nice and very clean. Our host, Sylvia, was wonderful and very helpful. Our transport booking on the morning we we leaving let us down. However, Sylvia managed to find us alternative transportation, for which we were very grateful. We would highly recommend the apartments for a stay as we thorougly enjoyed our stay there.

No breakfast provided, but a special breakfast place in the nearby park

Very clean and central to everything. Our hosts were very accommodating from booking us taxi to dropping by and updating the smart tv in English so my children could use it. Nice outdoor space in the back and elevator is a bonus.
