Unfortunately the room was close to the reception and the space where the breakfast was served, therefore lot of noise were significant. The rest was OK.

Great location of the hotel, just few meters from the metro station and only few stops to get to the city center. Clean room and bathroom, always new clean towels. Personnel was OK with my early check out, also breakfast was prepared.

Day time the reception was looked after by the owners and they did not speak English. They were quite helpful though but I had to literally translate everything onto google translater There were noises from water running through pipes in rooms next door so it was not so peaceful Overpriced

very helpful receptionist (Khalid and Teressa) the only people who spoke English Very close to metro station and few minutes from main attractions

Paper-thin walls, steep staircase to first floor reception/breakfast room/guest rooms. Still, good value for money.

Modest breakfast, the bed was firm and comfortable, all towels were changed daily. Well-stocked 24/7 supermarket 200 m from the hotel, metro station in front of the hotel, with good and frequent connections.

No real complaints. If you go understanding that the room is small, you should not be otherwise disappointed.

Breakfast was nice, coffee was fresh and strong. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was small, by American standards. But it was comfortable and CLEAN. It's in a nice area and I felt comfortable waking outside after dark. A nice little Italian hotel in a great location right next to a Metro station.

No air-conditioning and no refrigerator in the room. Although the staff was very pleased to provide a refrigerator in the reception. When asked, the receiption provides a kettle with the hot water for making a tea in the room.

During the stay, it was hot for two days, but air-conditioning did not work. It was inconvenient to stay in the room.

Shower cubicle was tiny. I am a small person (5ft and 51kg) and it was still too small to shower in. Wi-Fi reception not good - it needs to be improved.

The bed was comfy and the hotel was near the Metro station.

Single-bed room is very tiny you barely have space to move around. This applies to the shower cabin also which is very small. If you are 180 cm or more you won't fit in the bed. Staff doesn't speak English although the description says so - I asked about ironing my shirts and I was sent to the ATM?! Also at checkout when demanding a recipt there was a lot of fuss about it. Not least the premises were quite noisy both in the morning and in the evening. I wasn't told and there is no info about which hours breakfast is served so I skipped it my whole stay. Wifi was working interrupted. Not a value for money hotel.

Good location, next to metro station Turro on red line.

The breakfast could have been a little better - just few croissants and cakes with cheap juice isn't the type of breakfast I prefer. Would like to have omelette with bacon or something like that. Shower is tiny - it was not meant for large people.

Good value for its price. I think I would book this hotel again. Without breakfast, of course.

One of the many pros of this hotel is its great location. You step out of it and you'll have the underground.

    - no refrigerator in the room; - low frequency noise from the underground when the trains were passing was a little annoying but only while awake.

    - the location was great, near the metro station, 10 minutes from city centre; - the air conditioning could be left on while away, which the housekeeping staff did for us even before our arrival; - kind staff; - room was nicely decorated.

The bed for the single room may have been a bit small, but not uncomfortable. Luckily I am not too tall, but it might be a tight fit for people over 5'8". And single room means single, the bed probably would not accommodate a couple, and seems designed to discourage that.

Practical, cheap relative to other hotels around, clean as a whistle, and very courteous, attentive staff
