but we go to Nyale for beach and swimming. And the way to the beach was hard for family with 2 chd. It will be good that there wil be shuttle to the beach

Location was a bit out of the way. Apart from our room and reception, the rest of the buildings looked jaded and in need of some major decoration. Bit of a hike from reception to our room via underground tunnel which at least should have been decorated to make it interesting instead of having pipes and services visible,, breakfast was ok ish. But only had 2/6 breakfasts ! Not the nicest of dining areas.

A bit hard to get to citycenter. Managed to get a taxi down but not back up to the hotel so approx. 1km normal walking and then 500m straight uphill, which was not so pleasant.

Really nice hotel and a nice warm pool. The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. Had everything we need. The morning buffet had multiple baked goods, eggs bacon etc.

Just one small deception (if we could say) : the bathroom date a bit and the shower vas very narrow. I think it's closer to 3 stars then 4, but just need to refresh some pieces.

The breakfast was very diversified and delicious, after check-out we could profit the swimming pool and the staff was very friendly. We could also park the car at the hotel and free of charge. The bedroom was pretty nice, big one with a big bed also, everything inside was nice, with palms in front and big windows. So The impression of the hotel was pretty nice

The hotel and surrounding area are nice but the corridors would need renovation. The carpets are old and would need to be replaced or at least deep cleaned. The lifts are also outdated and a bit scary but when you get used to them, it is ok. The parking area is a bit tight as well but manageable.

The rooms are very spacious and I really liked the bed which was harder than I am used to in hotels. Good wi-fi everywhere in the hotel. Surprisingly, the breakfast buffet had a variety of food (and not only sweet food, which is quite typical for Italy) available. And the dinner at the restaurant was delicious, it was quite hard to choose from the menu. Also, what we liked, is the fact that they offer a free ride from and to the hotel, but unfortunately only during the day.

Internet was very slow, basically non existent, we ended up using our data instead. The stopper in the bathtub didn't work, neither did the jets. We told staff about it but they didn't do anything to fix it. It's a shame because we stayed in the suite mainly because of the bath, wanted to relax after camping for a while. The property seems a bit run down and could do with some renovations. Definitely looks nicer in photos than in real life

Big terrace, the food in the restaurant was nice (4 stars for food, but 2stars for ambiance). The breakfast had loads of choices

Everything was good, except for the main door of our room, it needs to be fixed, you have to push it really hard bin orden to open it, the friction between the floor and the door makes a terrible noise.

We were kinda surprised the breakfast was half pies and cakes! Some were really nice, but to us not really breakfast things. everything else from the breakfast was perfect!

Loved that the staff (even when it was difficult for them) tried to explain everything to us in English. They were really helpful!

The pool was very busy (to be fair, it is summer) but it wasn't very clean (it was rather windy so there were a lot of leaves, sticks a dirt in the water). It was a little confusing navigating around the hotel as there are so many floors and corridors. I partly chose this hotel because of its gardens but actually the garden view from our room was empty and derelict.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and polite. A large variety of breakfast foods. The room was big and very clean with air conditioning. Great location, not too far from beaches and city centre and the hotel provided a mini bus service to take you down (there's a 300m or so slope that's pesky to climb up with a suitcase or big bags from the centre to the hotel).

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00PM (15:00). We immediately went to the pool, which was nice, but the lifeguards were looking at their phones 90% of the time. Not super safe. The worst part was the dibilitating BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling by the air conditioning. My wife is asthmatic and woke up with vertigo. Our 4 year old son had to help her to the bathroom in the middle of the night, because she could not walk straight. We only realized the mold when we woke up just before checkout. When we brought this up to the front desk, she brushed it off as "condensation". I'm adding photos to prove it was in fact black mold, with a very common side effect of vertigo. She offered a "sorry" after my wife had to speak with her in italian to explain the brevity of the situation. Black mold can cause cancer with enough exposure. She was sick all day and slept our entire 6 hour drive to France. It took her 24 hrs to feel better after the black mold acute exposure. Beyond this, the room was out-dated, the couch cracked and uncomfortable. The bathroom spa shower did not have enough pressure to work, and the spa jacuzzi was filthy. When we turned it on, previous guest hair came out and our children were crying. The playground seats stained our kid's bathing suits. The indoor playroom is now just a laundry room. The cappuccino was made by a robot and it was....ok. This was our least favorite stay in all of Italy. I hope they can take this feedback to make the hotel as wonderful as it could be. Definitely not worth the $289 we paid.

Style of serving diner food. Very slow staff. Maybe it is better offer buffet style of diner than serving one. We spent there sometimes more than 2,5h. Very late timing. Garden and pool staff missing. No one was taking care about garden and pool location.

Amazing place to relax, helpful and professional staff (reception). Beautiful big room with balcony and lovely view to the garden and sea. Nice food.

We had two sleep with three people on the double bed , they charged us 18€ for the service at hotel for buying one beer ,pizza and coffee, bad smell in the room
