Cristina made me feel at home the moment I arrived, she really cares for her guests. Monica was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations etc. The room had a fantastic view and is tastefully updated with air conditioning and an exceptionally comfortable bed with the best pillows (regular and memory foam) I’ve had so far in Europe. You must take advantage of the complimentary bicycles - right across from the hotel is a flat waterfront pathway that goes all the way into town and this was a great way to go too and from dinner and explore Malcesine. The location is ideal for a quieter and relaxing experience. The lake is perfect for swimming right across the road next to the kite surfing. Breakfast was perfect, including freshly cooked eggs and coffee on your request and it was nice that the buffet offerings changed slightly each day (different fresh fruits/pastries/cakes/meats etc). Can’t wait to come back!

Nothing at all...it was perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect in every way. The owner and host Christina was definitely "the hostess with the mostest" as we say in the USA. She was so helpful and kind and friendly and I am sure that she makes each person who stays there feel special. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with great AC. The breakfasts were the best we had in our 3 week trip to Italy. So many healthy and delicious options and even a special tea bar. The beach across the street was enjoyed by us each day for swimming. I advise bringing sandals or water shoes though as the rocks can hurt your feet. The outside seating areas and grounds were lovely and we enjoyed borrowing bikes each day to ride into the charming town of Malcesine. I would highly recommend this special boutique hotel and the lovely host and her staff..

The location is a bit far from the center of Malcesine, but this didn't bother us as we had rented a car and the hotel's bikes were available for free.

The property is in an excellent location because you’re far enough away from the crowds in town but close enough by a short bus or bike ride. The building and common areas are well maintained. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds are comfortable.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Christina and Monica. The view from the hotel was amazing. We had a superior lake view room which was fresh, modern and immaculately clean. Monica provided us with a kettle for our room and we enjoyed our morning cup of tea sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, homemade produce, and presented beautifully. The terrace is a lovely relaxing place to sit and unwind in the afternoon after exploring the nearby villages and towns on the lake. We would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Lake Garda in the future.

That I only stayed 3 days on my 2 week trip and not a little longer😀

Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, breakfast was very good quality products. I liked the location being quiet and calm amd not in one of the big towns full of tourists. But you can easily get into the nearest town by bus, or car etc and enjoy a good meal. Right opposite the lake and free bikes. Canoe rental right opposite. Perfect for me and my 9 year old son!

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like, either about the hotel or the staff.

Wow, the location is stunning and the view from our room was beautiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were super friendly and the owner Christina has the biggest smile ever, you can tell she loves the place. On site parking available in the underground garage, which is perfect for keeping the car cool inside. Free cycle loan too.

The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast is very rich and well laid out - as a tip: try the homemade scrambled eggs. They are super tasty. Conclusion: gladly again at any time

The hotel is a bit outside of town and the bus only runs once an hour. It was a bit far to walk (1 hour and 11 min according to Google maps) but if you plan well it is not a problem.

The only downside was the mosquitoes — there were an awful lot of them. If you open the balcony door even for just 10 seconds, a sleepless night is guaranteed. I understand this is more of a regional issue rather than a problem with the hotel itself, as there were also many mosquitoes at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake. Breakfast was impeccable — everything was fresh and incredibly tasty. The staff was very polite and always tried their best to help.

Everything about this hotel is beyond excellent. Staff go above & beyond , super friendly, kind & so helpful. Breakfast is beautifully presented- fresh every morning & delicious home cake ( different every morning) to die for. Rooms are spotlessly clean, bed is super comfy & the views are breath-taking. Christina the manageress was such a lovely women, she would greet everyone in their own language which made it very personal, hospitality was second to none, the hotel seemed to have been refurbished in recent years and is just lovely. The choice of breakfast and quality was fantastic, bike available to borrow to go along the lake into Malcesine was a lovely experience, all flat and takes about 20 minutes. Defiantly recommend and return if we visit the lake again.

A small thing - perhaps a more effective toaster at breakfast?

This is a lovely hotel with a view to die for - but the thing that made our stay so exceptional was the hospitality and professionalism of Christina, the owner and her staff, especially Monica. We were greeted by name from the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious, with very high quality ingredients and our request for a kettle in the room was met immediately. They gave us excellent advice for local things to do and we really felt at home. It has been one of the nicest hotel stays we have had in many years.

Very nice, clean, well located hotel (we travelled with our one year old baby and we were kind of worried, but everything was great).
