We were on the 4th floor. The elevator mechanism is there and it is too loud. You cannot sleep and on every use of the elevator you hear the sound.

Beat location, near the beach and bus stops. Breakfast was perfect.

Open Hotel is a super high quality hotel in the centre of Rimini. The hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast is magical and the staff is super helpful and kind. And the beach is 2 minutes by walk.

Our recent stay at The Open Hotel in Rimini was great, and the biggest reason for that was the extraordinary staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went far beyond the usual “good service” and truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel is clean and tidy, the breakfast is amazing and the cappuccino is frothy. When I mentioned that the staff goes the extra mile to be helpful, I did not use this as a matter of speech, but I truly mean it. We visited with as a family. Once my mother had a medical emergency the staff was helpful in finding a nurse to help us administer the required medications. In fact for every ask that we had, the staff was proactive in finding solution and managed to do so fast and reliable. We are absolutely sure that the next time we visit Rimini, we will use the same hotel again.

The AC in the room was a bit noisy for a recently installed system. While abundant, breakfast needs a serious boost. Many items were cold, while they should have been offered warm. Some cakes were a bit hard, not fresh. Bread and orange juice were really terrible. A spidernet was found in the room.

A new modern hotel in the heart of the Riviera Romagnola. The room was of a decent size and the bathroom was large. Excellent soundproof windows. Nice large breakfast that captured attention. Welcoming and caring staff.

The floorboards in the common areas can use a little wiping but I understand that it's hard to keep it spotless in such a light coloured hotel.

Everything, from the initial greeting at the reception, to the room, to the housekeeping was brilliant! The breakfast absolutely blew our minds! There was so much to choose from and all of the little dainty food decorations and snacks kept me thinking how do they do this everyday! The hotel is so conveniently located, very comfortable and very modern. It took me some time to figure out how the DND sign works - visited so many hotels and it's the first time I see something so modern. The housekeeper that attended our room was very sweet and freshened up the room nicely. If I ever go back to Rimini, I know which hotel to choose. :-)

The fridge in the room was tiny we could fit only 3 small water bottles after removing the drinks they had inside. The bathroom was not factional even though it was big enough, the shower door couldn’t open if the bathroom door was not closed. There was no space around the sink to leave our stuff, we couldn’t hang our towels anywhere.

Spacious room very clean, the location was good next to the beach and the breakfast was excellent.

There was not a wardrobe to hang cloths in my room, just a hanging rod on a wall which is TOTALLY INADEQUATE provision for two people.

The breakfast quality, variation and presentation was excellent and the breakfast personel were very attentive and friendly.

Only one minus: there were no black out curtains.

Open Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, yet perfectly quiet with no street noise at night. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable, and everything is well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast looked beautiful, but had very little vegetarian and no vegan options. The food (like eggs) seemed to be defrosted, and wasnt fresh. The staff was very helpful, so maybe there is a way to fix this.

The beds were oddly made, and the blanket kept smoothing itself out. The bedside lamps couldn't be adjusted and gave off poor light — bad for reading.

The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful and the room was kept spotless clean, during our stay. We very much appreciated the wonderful breakfast with its excellent selection. I had stayed here last year and I just could not imagine staying any where else.
