The bathroom, especially the shower cabin, is quite small.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, five minutes from the Vatican. Dennis was very kind and nice, we got everything we asked for right away. All praise for his work. The beds are comfortable, and the area where the accommodation is located is quite quiet.

The stairs, we had a lot, including a wheelchair, it was a lot for some of the four to carry. But we did get help when we arrived and it was so worth it! It not that high up 3 flights of stairs and next door to the Vatican and about 17 euro taxi ride from Trevi and the city center.

We had a great time in opera inn suites, we were greeted so well with help and even came with us and guided to find good safe parking. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable and was a good size. The bathroom was clean and worked well. The location is amazing it is so close to everything in rome. We loved it!

The shower was a bit hard to use as the shower screen didn't open to well and the shower was small and a bit hard to use.

It was close to the bus and easy to get around Rome from there.

The only detail that I was missing were some teatowels, there is a drying rack but for quickly drying something there was nothing. But this is just a minor detail compared to the rest

We had a lovely time here. The appartment was clean and great, even bigger than expected, fully equiped, even a washing machine. The location is wonderfull, you are at St Peters square in 7 minutes walking distance. There is a well equiped supermarket next door, and several restaurants in the area.

Very uncomfortable bed. Lumpy with a large hump in the middle. Lights on bedside tables need to be replaced with better lamps.

One big flat with 3 apparments and shared small kitchen. If your neighbor is not considerate or laud, you have dreamless night.

Great place for everyday trip in Rome. Supermarket is 10m away. Bus stop 20m. Marco is very communicative and polite.

The opening of the shower is slim. My husband was not able to shower. Although the name is B&B, breakfast is not included.

The communication before arrival was clear and quick. The welcome was warm. The room was large and cosy. The location is in the direct neighboorhood of the Vatican. Nice soft but steady bed. Good working airco

An apartment with a ton of space, very close to the Vatican, restaurants, and a nice supermarket.

No lift to the apartment, but we still managed to bring our luggages up the second floor.

Few minutes away from the city centre and just outside the Vatican city and few minutes away from lovely restaurants. Marco was an explosion of energy and the typical roman/Italian man: loud and friendly. He made us feel welcome immediately and explained to us the best way how to go around the city and what public transport works best in our area.

Perfect & quiet location in Vatican area, grocery store in the next building. Very welcoming host! :) Only one minus – rooms are not very soundproof.

You can really hear the other residents of Opera Inn. Not great if you like an early night… this isn’t a major problem though!

The room was fantastic for 3 people! The kitchen was exceptional, very well equipped. It felt like it was only ours due to the other occupants not using it. The location was amazing! 10 minute walk from St Peters Basilica, around 45 minute walk to the Colosseum… lots of restaurants around the property too! Marco is a great host!

Room too small for 4 people, we were juming over each other, no room for luggage. Bathroom very small, hot water stopping every time when somebody else uses it in another room. Very noisy due to peope occupiing other rooms. Kitchen was not clean, people sharing utensils which were not sufficient. Additinal beds in the room are very uncomfortable.
