Nothing - everything was perfect

Lovely 2 room suite, spotlessly clean, great facilities. Good location near all the sights. The receptionist went above and beyond when the roads round the hotel were closed due to the marathon and we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. She took us and our suitcase to a temporary taxi stand a distance from the hotel- we would have struggled without her amazing help. Fantastic.

Couldn’t work the volume on the tv but that’s on us!!

The location was perfect , the room was very clean and modern . Coffee was amazing and the reception which is on the second floor was friendly . Super helpful for restaurants ideas.

It's difficult to find negative aspects. I missed having a comfy armchair (as we used the sofa in the living room as a bed). There was enough space in the bedroom for one such furniture.

The staff is great. Very kind and attentive. We got a vase with real roses in our room, which was a wonderful surprise when we got back from a walk. The location is perfect, it can't be better. I liked the balcony, it's nice to have a coffee there despite the noise from all tourists and cars. Very well organized place, worth another visit. We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it, except that they bring it to the room (pastry, coffee, etc.).

Location is great, very central but still quiet. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Staff very friendly, they even gave us a free room upgrade.

That the booking photos for the large apartment did not correspond with the one they received.

Convenient location ,super facilities,very clean and modern.Bed linen was high quality.We had 3 apartments and all were very modern and like the photos on Booking.com / EXCEPT The large apartment with two bedrooms( from the booking photos showed it to have two balconies-which the family were looking forward to) however,upon arrival the apartment allocated had no balconies,the family staying in this one ,was extremely disappointed and it over shadowed their stay here.

It was a lovely hotel in the heart of Verona. The rooms are bright and spacious and super clean. Staff is very communicative and helpful. Will definitely recommend it

Great apartments! Large, bright, cozy, it even smelled clean and fresh! All attractions are nearby, shops and restaurants too. At first we had some difficulties finding the hotel, because Google Maps led us to a nearby street, so we had to run around and look for the entrance. The apartments has everything you need for a stay. One advice for the hotel is to sharp the knives, they are dull and it was difficult to cut loaf of bread. P.S. for the ladies who plan to stay there - the hair conditioner smells amazing!

Only air conditioning which was sorted quickly. This needs to be available to guests on hot or cold mode 12 months of the year

Fabulous appartment in the centre of Verona in a side street but far enough away to be quiet at night. Very near to the amphitheatre (5 mins) Very modern exceptionally clean with great pillows and a large comfortable bed. Everything provided from a small pack of washing up sponge/liquid to shower gels etc. we had a problem with our air conditioning which was quickly sorted by reception. The walk to the station is around 25 mins and very easy. We did it at 7am in the morning but Ubers are available in Italy.

Fabulous hotel - excellent standard of cleanliness, helpful staff and superb location. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with super comfy bed. Breakfast can be delivered to your room if ordered. It’s right in the centre of the old town but down a quiet side street so never disturbed by noise. Highly recommend this great little hotel 👍
