Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Ideal location (5 min from the shuttle bus stop "Vatican"), easy and fast check in and check out. I stayed for two nights, in a room for one person, the room provides basic needs, own WC&shower, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee, TV and AC. Very kind and responsive hostess.

The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent for those who want to visit the Vatican, with easy walking access. There are great restaurants and cafés nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The nights were quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great rest. The host was very kind and attentive, always ready to help if needed. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay! 🏡 The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby and it’s easy to reach the city center. The host is very responsive and always ready to help. The apartment is clean and cozy, and the bed is very comfortable — I slept great. Thank you for the warm hospitality, I would definitely come back!

The host was very friendly and welcoming!! The room was clean and comfortable and the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but stay in a quieter area. I definitely recommend staying in orazio inn suite!

Nothing, everything is perfect.
My room is perfect for solo traveler, it has everything I need. The room is spotless. They have kitchen so you can have dinner at home if you don't feel like going out. 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica, 3 -5 minutes walk to bus stop. The host if very helpful and informative since before I arrive at the premises, guide me all the way through and send me recommendation for restaurants and cafes.

Comfortable and clean place to stay in Rome. Very convenient transport location, the center of Rome is within walking distance. There are plenty of places for breakfast and dinner nearby.

Annarita was the best host ever!very kind and helpful.i was able to leave my lagguage after checkout and she went over and beyond and kept it in a secured locked away as I was travelling with my macbook.The room vas excellent, very clean and everything is new. fantastic smell all around.Excellent location half an hour walk from threvi fountain and close to the Vatican Museums as well. I had the best time. Grazie Miller Annarita ❤️

The host was really nice! The position is top to reach vaticano and the centre of Roma. It's top for couple! The cleaness was perfect! The check-in had been really quickly! It's sure that if i have to return in Rome i'll contact this host.

I’ve spent 3 days there. Even before I got the suıte the owner contacted me, very kindly. She was interested and helpful for every situation. Thank her 🙏🏻 Room was clean and tidy. Its so close to Vatican city, you can walk anywhere easily.

Toilet flushing box was little loud.
I really liked this apartment! Room was little but had everything. Private bathroom as well. Other guests were quiet, so thin walls didn’t bother. Nice design. Also, the location is great, only the Colosseum is far away. Otherwise, everything is within reach.

The bed is bid too soft to me but clean and comfortable in general.
The location is superb. Close to every bars, restaurants and shops. The room has aircon and a small fridge which are very convenient for summer time travel and the shared kitchen has everything I need.

The apartment is situated in a lovely location, near Vaticano and close to lot of bar/restaurants. The underground station is 5 minutes walk. Also the room is very clean and there’s no noise from outside.
