Excellent location. Near every main sights and attractions. Because of the location I expected there to be some noise from the streets but there was none.

We had quite a small shower room, but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The hotel is also quite noisy in the mornings (the rooms/doors aren’t very insulated) so you can hear a lot in the hallways when the cleaners start and when people are opening/shutting doors.

Everything was great, there were no problems at all.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfy, staff was exceptionally friendly and nice! :) The location is the best, just several meters away from San Marco Square, just the best possible location. The price was good, we stayed there for 4 nights and felt like we were at home 🏡 it was an absolute pleasure for us, thank you Hotel Orion

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room- or anywhere else after breakfast finished.

Fantastic location close to all main attractions but quiet enough to relax in. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a great room, very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed. Good range of food at breakfast. Only slight drawback was stairs - there us no lift and 6 floors! Nevertheless would highly recommend. Great value for money.

I didn’t order the breakfast and my room was RIGHT NEAR the kitchen, if you wake up early it’s okay, but in another case if you want to sleep a little bit more - the staff will start to scream at 9 am 🤬 really noisy and annoying

The room was really warm and couldn’t alter the temperature of the A/C. The walls are a little thin, the noises from the room next door were embarrassing.

The location was excellent!!! Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were really friendly too.

the walls are very thin (I’m sure this is the case for many hotel rooms in Venice) however we were next to inconsiderate neighbours who were very loud and shouting throughout 3/4 of the nights during our stay. This is no fault of the hotel and we must have just gotten unlucky.

Hotel Orion was a complete surprise! We didn't understand how it could have only 2 stars. Staff with perfect English skills, always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast sufficient, the same as in other hotels (cornflakes, jam, ham, cheese, eggs etc). Excellent coffee and sweet pastries! The room was absolutely sufficient in size, we were extremely satisfied with the cleaning, the equipment was new, everything was functional. We were glad for the room on the 4th floor (we were puffing up the stairs :-)), but the view from the bathroom of St. Mark's Cathedral was breathtaking. The location was also great, 2 minutes walk from St Mark's Square, lots of shops and restaurants around. If we go to Venice again, only to Hotel Orion!

Central location, convenient, if you travel around Venice it’s the best!!! Room was comfortable, properly arranged so that you can reach naturally what you need. You can also use luggage storage free of charge which is a plus. Stuff is welcoming and ready to help you with anything you might need.

Safe too small and would have been lovely to have a standard safe size. Had to carry ipad everywhere which was a bit of a drag. The shower door was broken and wouldn’t close completely and had to always try to compensate for that issue. Bathroom had a strong cleaning odor the entire time. Noisy on the street with people out late at night and as in carnevale season. Neighbors in hotel quite noisy. So some additional sound proofing would be grateful. If possible, a small hot water/coffee maker in room would be lovely

The staff was beyond belief helpful and kind. Always there to support, even when we had to leave to catch the boat to the airport very early in the morning!

The flights of stairs as yhere is no lift available. However, we knew about this before booking.

The stairs without escalator to the 4th floor but it something that you cannot blaim the hotel!

Althouth the room was too small and haw no elevator for the 4th floor the hotel was beyond expetations! Very friendly stuff, very clean rooms and because the breakfast has to inform from the previous day the time you have to go was closed for the time we want the stuff offfered us a package to take it late night so to eat in the road to our flight! That was very kind and left us the best impressions! In the center to go everywhere you wanna go in Venice!
