We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our second with to the restaurant & first overnight stay. Beautiful location with a stunning view. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Nice room that was clean with a comfy bed and a great shower. Fabulous dinner & great breakfast.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. Our standard double room was lovely with a big bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The view from our room over the valley was gorgeous. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing, as was the wine selection. The owners couldn't have been more attentive and could speak English well, making it easy for us to communicate. We really wanted to stay longer, but apart from the fact that we needed to move on, they were booked out for the following week. I can't recommend this establishment highly enough. It's wonderful.

RomaniaVery poor breakfast. Only salami and ham from salted. And some pieces of bread. On a plate. That was on their menu too. No vegetable, no salad, no eggs, nothing. We have never had some poor breakfast on vacation. In the restaurant, very old and dirty glasses, we asked to change it, the staff not too friendly. And much noisy people at dinner. In the bathroom, only a very very little item with shampoo/shower gel. We were lucky to have ours in the baggage, from home. Very far from the city. No shops, no taxi on area.
