The shuttle could run more frequently and later in the evenings. Also, we were unaware of the pick up locations and we missed it.

1. The staff was excellent. Everyone was so kind and professional! 2 . The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. 3. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. 4. The pool and complimentary massage was exquisite. 5. The bartender treated us like family and made delicious cocktails. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed was great, the sofabed was really poor. Did not experience much empathy from hotel even if they knew my wife was taken ill. Wifi was substandard for a hotel in this category - miserable.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful 🙂 hotel is kept immaculate. We were on honeymoon so we wanted a chilled out resort and that's what we got. They even left a bottle of prosecco and chocolates for us in our room on arrival x

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Lot of beaches nearby and day trips in the Maddalena National park. Room was renovated and had lot of space. Strongly suggest this Hotel for both couples or families.

Gorgeous Hotel, wonderful views, friendly staff, rooms lovely, We only ate breakfast at the restaurant which had a good selection of food and great coffee. We left very early morning and the reception staff had left us a breakfast bag for our transfer to the airport which I thought was lovely. I am fussy when it comes to hotels, but I could not recommend this hotel enough.

the hotel is older and does not meet todays more modern standards, because of small windows the rooms are a bit dark and sea view is not really visible unless you are outside, the hotel pool is not heated and à la carte dinner is not available, only buffet dinner.

great location with impressive views of the sea and Maddalena island. Walking to the city center takes only 15 minutes, to the beach 20 minutes. Gated parking available. From the first floor there is partial sea view. Breakfast was good. Palau as a vacation location is very good, plenty of beaches available within 30 minutes drive. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel beach part has good sunbeds and umbrellas. Good restaurants in the town center require reservation.

I thought the head waiter could have been more helpful on our first morning at breakfast especially as the vast majority of guests were Italian.

We had a great time at the Palau Hotel! The hotel staff was helpful and very hospitable. The hotel is located uphill, but the main city attractions and beaches are within reach if you are willing to walk. Otherwise hotel provides transfer to reach the Port or Spiaggia de La Sciumara which is very comfortable. If you are staying in Palau I suggest you dedicate some time to visit Archipelago la Maddalena.
