Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is perfect, close to the cathedral. The apartment is nice, large and comfortale. The owner Luigi was kind and drove to show us to a nearby parking facility, as the house is in the ZTL area of town, and finding parking is compicated.

Everything was great.
Very nice room, very elegant, clean, very close to the city center. Very nice host. Just a bit noisy, but that is because it is very central.

Absolutely stunning apartment equipped with everything you need. Great location. Instructions to get in and for parking were extremely clear and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay at Palazzo Bianchi. Adorable guest. Accommodation exactly as described. Big plus is a private parking at a reasonnable walking distance. Appartement is just 1 mn walk from cathedral. Ideally located. Very quiet street at night. Very good information on sight seeing and shopping.

We had leave
Location, history and great advice on eateries. We stayed two years ago in the smaller apartment which was fantastic but this one was palatial. It has everything you need and then some. Lovely to come back to after a busy day exploring wonderful Parma. You could spend hours admiring the historic building with all modern conveniences. Can not recommend highly enough.

The instructions for self check in is very long and a bit confusing at first due to important information missing- however a very kind neighbor was helpful in getting us situated.
Very clean apartment in a quiet central location. We only stayed one night as it was a quick trip in Parma.

Only issue way the parking which is approx 7-9 min walk from the apartment. Also instructions to gain access were a little complicated. Maybe better to have all English instructions on one sheet and all Italian instructions on a seperate sheet.
Great location in Parma - close to the main attractions. Apartment was clean and comfy. Great shower. All in all would stay again. Tiziana was a fab host.

A wonderful location for how central yet quiet it is. A little tricky to get to if arriving by car and then park but the host was very helpful with this. The accommodation has been beautifully restructured and tastefully decorated.

Incredible location , right next to the Duomo in Centro Historico of Parma Super quiet, clean , nicely decorated, helpful host I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Parma Definitely a 5 star stay !!!

The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was not very strong which make bathing not very enjoyable
very central location, just behind the main church. Many good resturants nearby. Close to all major tourist's attraction. The host is friendly and very responsive. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

There is self check in (which is great) but the instructions for self check in are a bit complicated and could be written in a better way. (Different languages mixed, very long document) There are like 4 keys needed.
We had a beautiful room, with nice seiling and decoration. The room was available an hour earlier so we could check in when we arrived in Parma. The location is amazing since it is directly at the start of the city center. If you have a small car and are good at parking, it is possible to park in the courtyard, otherwise more parking available Check out until 11.30

A fridge in the room would have been useful
The location was outstanding and could not be better, steps away from the duomo and close to one of the best restaurants in Parma yet very quiet. The self check 8in instructions were clear and easy to follow and our host had arranged entry to the ztl area. Excellent shower.
