Walls were thin, you could hear from beside and above. But it‘s just a minor thing.

The air conditioner was not so good, this was not working well. The room is hot to sleep without It. If you set up in a low temperature it seems doesn't to change anything.

The staff are kind and the location is excellent. A few paces from Rialto bridge.

Perfume type smell coming from the bathroom when the vent was on gave me a headache, keeping the door closed most of the time helped some. Otherwise, great stay.

My girlfriend said the in room hairdrier wasn't great, but it seemed ok to me .. albeit we have different lenghts of hair. The view from the window wasn't great but we were hardly there much.

Fantastic locations, easy walk to the Rialto or Saint Mark's Square. Rooms were clean and a good size. The lady on reception was very knowlegable and could not have been more helpful

Everything was great.

This was our second time in this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location, and super cute rooms. They are always very helpful and welcoming. At this point We don't even check other places when we have plans for Rome.

Everything was super nice, the only maybe negative thing was the shower cap was fixed but that was okay for the 3-5 days stay.

The location was perfect. It's the middle of everything but not so busy that will create discomfort. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. every day there was a service that aired the room and cleaned it perfectly.

Great place in a very central location (8 min to San Marko, a couple of mins to Realto Bridge, half an hour to the train station or the bus station via one of main streets, lots of supermarkets nearby). Comfortable warm rooms with all facilities. Amazing host! Also, it seems it was much cheaper than other properties of similar level

The mattress was too hard for me. The noise from the street in the morning (people moving goods in something like wheelbarrows, starting early in the morning).

Excellent location, very central and close to the attractions, as well as close to Rialto stop of the vaporetto (nice when you have to pull your luggage on foot). Quite a large room, quiet at night. Very nice and helpful staff. Cleanliness.

We were suprised how massive our room was for a family of three with beautiful interior and toiletries included. The place is just 5-6 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and probably 8 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to complain about, our stay was really enjoyable.

We enjoyed the location, the comfort and the cleanliness of our room and great service. Our suite was spacious snd immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It was easy to communicate with the staff and the instructions on arrival were quick and precise. Ca’ Bragadin is an old palace facing a quiet square. The San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge are just a few minute walks away, and you can easily walk to any other location.

when I arrived..female solo and at night.. no key in my door as they emailed me if would be.. no one at reception.. no phone number to ring.. no WiFi indicated in room or reception .. while I liked the place I recommend that they put some information in the room ( and in reception) - a phone number in case of need - the WiFi password - information in you t gbthe room giving above info.. plus price list of items in the fridge (or were they free I don't know. I didn't touch them.. wish I knew .. I was very thirsty..) - heating for first two days was great.. then it turned off completely.. as no one on reception.. I left a written note saying so.. no reply and heating not turned on during my stay.. so.. what to say overall.. a great impressive place to stay.. but with no one on reception.. and no information.. you are on your own...

so happy with the large spacious room.. windows and balcony overlooking the Santa Marina square.. with large comfortable bed,. large tv,., small fridge, walk in shower. very traditional decor yet comfortable.. kettle and safe provided . good cleaning every day.. fabulous.. thank you
