There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

it couldn’t have been better! I was booked in a hostile about a half a mile away and it was raining and I was able to find a room here last minute. I figured out how to get up there pretty well. That’s not too easy, but once I did, the receptionist was so lovely! They had the room ready in no time and it was absolutely luxurious! She also recommended a fantastic restaurant that I walked down to, and I just loved it!

Difficult to find. Luggage company had difficulty delivering to reception. Room was comfy but decor was cold feeling.

Little unsure that we needed to take the lift to the 3rd floor to find reception. Took us a while to figure out how to turn the shower on!

The kitchen is a little spartan and it would have been difficult to prepare a full meal. It was fine to make tea and coffee and breskfast for 2 people.

The photos for the room "Penthouse Apartment" showed a massive L-shaped couch but that must be for a different room. However, the couch did pull out into a bed. The kitchen was not very good. It was not well stocked with only three plates and three bowls and no dish soap. Furthermore, the fridge was an absolute monster to get into. It was set in a cupboard but the cupboard doors did not line up with the fridge and freezer drawer and the cupboard doors kept wanting to close. My right arm and shoulder have some scrapes and bruises from trying to access the fridge. Best not to have anything in your hands when trying to get at the fridge. Walls were paper thin - including the bathroom wall. Fortunately this is the only room on the roof so we did not hear neighbours. It seemed dark in the living room and found that a lot of the bulbs had been unscrewed. Very odd. Fortunately, we had a tall member of our group who discovered this and then there was light! It would be good to clarify parking more. There is a parking lot nearby but it is only free after 1 pm and before 9 am. Therefore, one of us had to make sure to get up every morning to buy a parking ticket if we were not already out the door. This was fine, however, one thing to note is that parking is not allowed on Saturday morning as there is a small fruit and vegetable market. It would be good to warn guests about this as Saturday in Italian is Sabato which can be confusing as the English day of rest is Sunday.

Decor and furniture are beautiful. Extremely spacious and the terrace had the best views in Montefiascone. Very nice newly renovated shower. Kitchen had a good corkscrew and lots of wine glasses! Location is fantastic! There is a nice and busy cafe right at the entrance that sold delightful looking sweets and coffee all day and evening. Just down the road is a nice little grocery store, and further down the road is a fantastic looking bakery I never got a chance to try.

In the morning was very noisy, because of the cleaning service outside.

The location was fine. Apartment is amazing. Everything is new with modern design. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable. All towels are clean and wite. I recommend it. The views from the terrace are amazing. Also there is a sauna.
