There was noise from people partying well into the night.

The location was absolutely perfect! The staff was very helpful, printing train tickets for us.

During the last two days, there were hammering noise of work being done in nearby units. It didn’t bother us too much as they kept it during business hours - around 9AM to 3PM, but the tech work might had caused the WiFi to drop on the last day, not sure what happened. Antonio responded promptly during his off hours and was trying to assist me. No in-unit washer/dryer. They offered off-site laundry service with an extra charge.

The property is right next to the gorgeous Duomo. The online photos give an accurate depiction of what you can expect of the actual units. Our unit was spacious and clean. Their complimentary set included coffee, tea, red Tuscan wine, olive oil, vinaigrette, shampoo, body gel, etc. Antonio and Sarah were both polite, friendly, and helpful during our stay. They also allowed us to check-in early.

The shower is a little small and there could be another shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

The location is excellent. The view from our room was breathtaking and we couldn’t believe that El Duomo was just across the street!

appliances were a little dated and limited soap/shampoo with no conditioner - outside was loud but that comes with the location.

Plaza is a great location, but it’s loud until very late. Hard to sleep. Beds were mediocre.

Nothing it was perfect

Very spacious apartment, basic condiments provided on arrival (coffee, tea). Location is central to all main attractions and plenty of bars & restaurants on the door step. Apartment was very quiet xonsidering the central location, although we were on the 5th floor sonthat nay have helped. Staff were extremely friendly

Perfect location with views of the Duomo! Normally we like to stay more “off the beaten path” but it was nice to be able to get to sights early to fend off crowds and take quick breaks between activities. Apartment was spacious and surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of things.

There is street noise at night because it is a very popular area. But the pluses outweigh the negatives.

Only one thing is it is a bit noisy at night but the host even supplies ear plugs to make sure that doesn’t matter. For us that was totally worth it for the experience of being right next to and overlooking the cathedral.

Beautiful period property , beautiful apartment , right in the middle of all the sights and action of Florence. You could not be closer to the cathedral. Also the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It has a small kitchen with a step which has the potential to be dangerous.

Very close to the Duomo and easy walking distance from the train station. It has a lift to help with luggage.

Stunning location! Penthouse apartment overlooking the Duomo and city, with thoughtful details and comfortable for a family with kids. Beautiful mix of antique and modern furniture. Big plus - a lift/elevator and a tub! The staff were amazing, booking not only transportation to/from the train station for our large group, and also helping us book a restaurant for New Year’s Eve dinner.
