Stayed many places in Sorrento and this is one of the best.

The coffee at breakfast was horrendous. Small breakfast selection in a basement floor room but it did the job for only a 1 nights stay.

Lovely room, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The rooftop and pool area was small but had lovely city views and plenty of sun loungers. The location was perfect. Very close to the main square, restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room was quite contained so you had to be quite specific about the times you had breakfast. The pool was much smaller than the photos. Maybe the dimensions were listed but I didn’t notice. That said, my kids loved it. I could imagine getting quite crowded during the summer months.

It’s location. The staff were friendly and the whole place was very well looked after.

The first room we were given was next to the lift which was incredibly noisy from early in the morning until late at night. However when I spoke to the owner Emmanuella about this she took us to another room to see if we preferred it. She arranged for all our luggage to be moved so that we could continue to enjoy the day. That was excellent customer service. The staff member on duty at night was rude and when we checked out early in the morning he was impatient and dismissive. However, staff member Anna was fantastic!!

Excellent location only a 7 minute walk from train/bus station. The main piazza was a 1 minute walk away and the marina was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. It had panoramic views and was cleaned daily.

Difficult to maintain privacy as the windows opened directly on to a communal courtyard where people smoked. Air-con didn’t work or was too complicated to operate. So rooms were hot.

Be sure to get good directions ahead of time. Although this hotel is in the center of things, it’s on a tiny pedestrian walkway that the taxi driver, and then the neighbors, could not find. We found the beds too firm.

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was in the center of the action. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Amenities were pretty basic for the price of the room, cleanliness was OK but not excellent, staff was helpful but not so easy to communicate with in terms of level of English. Pool was pretty disappointing, breakfast was ok-ish.

Location was excellent, right at the heart of Sorrento, close to nice restaurants and the shopping areas. Decor and furniture was quite tasteful and classic.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms which seemed odd for a 4* hotel. We had to ask for a kettle in order to make up formula for our baby and for a new hairdryer as the one attached to the wall was broken. The breakfast hall is very small so you have to book a time slot which was a bit inconvenient and again not what you’d expect from a 4* hotel. But overall it’s a lovely hotel and mainly a great location.

Rooftop pool was tiny! no car parking, this was extra cost of 30 euros a day!! The view from our room was non-existent.

Location was excellent in the centre of town, breakfast was good, room was a good size and well furnished, staff were friendly polite and helpful, shower and bathroom were also a good size and well equipped.
