Only thing I have to mention if any is it was a little bit noisy as my room was just above the kitchen!But I presume it was inevitable as they have work at some point of time I suppose.

Excellent location.Friendly and helpful staff.Very good breakfasts. Its a family run business ,they are happy to go extra miles for customer. Very nice comfortable bed.I would love to come back here.

We stayed at the hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and I'd say a measure of how much you liked a place is would you go there again, and we 100% would. The location was awesome, as you're in the hub of the town with everything from shops to restaurants on your doorstep. The staff are excellent and very helpful, and breakfast on the terrace was great and something we looked forward to each day. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

It could only have been better if we could have stayed 2 weeks instead of 5 days. Location in the middle of the main square was so convenient to walk to great restaurants, the train station, the ferry to Capri and all the shopping you could want.

Concierge front desk arranged many excursions for us without much notice. The cars and drivers exceeded our comfort, safety and information expectations. The breakfast staff went above our service expectations for us by offering to make us coffee and breakfast before posted hours when we had early morning excursions.

We like to make a cup of coffee and tea in the morning to have in bed. Whilst someone was very happy to make this for us each morning we would have preferred to make our own and also to not be charged for it. A small issue but I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends.

It was a bit noisy - people coming in and out early and late. Our room was also next to the front desk and backed up to the kitchen from breakfast, so other rooms are probably quieter.

The room was lovely, quite large. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect.

Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais was incredible. The room was very spacious, decorated beautifully and had a large terrace with views from the sea to the mountains. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was a true highlight - the best we’ve ever had. We would definitely stay here again!

Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais Was in a great location in the centre of Sorrento within walking distance to everything . The room was very comfortable and clean and when we booked the classic room the hotel contacted us to ask if we would like to upgrade which we declined. This classic room is a little noisy due to it being close to kitchen and reception, if you are light sleepers I recommend upgrading. The breakfast is freshly cooked and very delicious and service is excellent. The hotel also assisted us with day trips and transfers.

Loved the location BUT, our room was in the front right on the square, and the partiers go on until around 4 AM, talking and laughing way into the morning. We were hot and opened the balcony door and it was too much, so it was a choice between street sound or comfortable temperature.

Love the location for access to shopping and restaraunts!
