Bldg 23 entrance door wouldn’t always lock. I called front desk after business hours to tell them but they didn’t speak English.

Accommodation split between different buildings requiring one to go outside to either reception or the hotel reception. A minor point though I should add.

Location was ideal for my visit (Chianti Ultra Trail🤗). Spacious rooms and well appointed, very clean bathroom.

Staff: not interested people. ‘Could not care less attitude’ at the hotel and restaurant (dinner).

Air conditioning was slightly loud during the night and the indoor pool didn't take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings.

Amazing hotel in lovely village on a Tuscan hilltop. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, as well as soundproof. The staff were very friendly and the cooperation with other hotels in the area, allowing for outdoor pool usage in a cosily nested olive tree garden 10min drive down the road was a great addition.

We had one large double bed and a single bed - the single bed was very uncomfortable.

one of the staff at the reception was sweet but the other was too rude to even give us 15 mins extra during checkout. they had booking policy for the jacuzzi which we did for the morning we were checking out and figured that it was filthy and not maintained at all.

The property is so cozy and beautiful only the staff are so serious like they are annoying only Cristina, Gianluca and the maintenance man helped us with everything and was always available and smiling!! Really nice person’s.

Cozy atmosphere, breakfast international in the center of the village but silent room, we like very much special the staff Only two person ( Cristina and Gianluca) they are special because always smile the rest are all seriously and with distance.

There is a bar nearby that plays loud music every night we were there. Our rooms were right above it the first night and the party didn’t end until after 2am. Thankfully, the hotel staff were able to move us to another building away from the noise.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Radda is a very charming town with beautiful views of the vineyards.

They do not tell you that you can use the pool only once for an hour for free! The wifi is terrible only works for few minutes! Staff is not friendly!

Rooms were lovely and we made the most of the beautiful facilities eg the spa and wellness centre. The location was good, surrounding a few restaurants. Unfortunately, we had problems with the wifi not working

The restaurant staff did not let us have dinner at 8:30pm with the excuse that are no free tables, but clearly that was not the case. We needed to search for something to eat outside of the hotel restaurants and everything was full, so not a pleasant experience specially when we are guests of the hotel.

The place is really nice in the historical part of the village Rada in Chianti. There are a lot of options to park your car, especially when the day tourist are gone. The village is really quiet and beautiful. The hotel has everything that you need.

The aircon was noisy and made strange sounds when on.

The resort is lovely … the hot tubs outside were closed due to it not being warm enough outside ? Which seemed odd as a Canadian - this is the whole point? However they were clean and open to look at but not use

The location was nice and quiet and clean. Do not travel here by bus… it is extremely challenging and not reliable.
