Lovely hotel in the city center with excelente service. All the staff were absolutly kind and helpful. I arrived driving a car to the hotel. But the area it is only for residents. There is a radar that take photo if you are not allowed in the area. But, when i arrived to the hotel, i was advised by the staff and they asked me about the car licence plat to talk with the police and cancel the fine. After, the vallet took the car and bring it back the next day during the afternoon (i made the checkout early in the morning to go to Capri). Excelent breakfast 10 min walking to the Port. I really recommend this hotel to stay in Sorrento

The hotel is well-located and absolutely beautiful. The decor in the guest rooms and the common areas is stunning. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous location. Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Maria on reception, was fantastic and helped with everything we needed, a credit to the hotel. The waiter in the breakfast area was always polite and very pleasant.

Very good location, friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Hotel is nice and room comfortable. Reception took care of my car. You just ask at reception and car is delivered in front of the hotel in 10min as it is parked away from hotel. All is going smoothly. Very good location for exploring city and close to port where the ferry to different locations.

Beautiful accomodation in the heart of Sorrento, all staff were welcoming and friendly. Buffet breakfast was the highlight of my stay 🤩

Nothing i didn’t like. Just a caution that there is a flight of stairs that cannot be avoided (down to the breakfast area) and some stairs to the lift, if anyone has mobility issues.

Beautiful interiors, so well decorated with attention to detail. Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent with a variety of local cakes. Had it been warmer would have loved to enjoy the terrace.

We liked everything.

We loved the property! Every staff member we had contact with was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was fantastic and extremely large . Breakfast was exceptional and the location was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Sorrento! It was a wonderful 4 days! Thank you Palazzo Marziale for making our stay so special!

I can’t find anything wrong. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip so far and we stayed at some nice places where we were disappointed and ended up eating at local cafes.

The property was many different layers inside It was nice to navigate around inside it felt like we were staying on the side of a cliff Would have liked to spend 2 nights there instead of staying in Pompeii
