We had a room overlooking the road where there was a bar, and it was very noisy. thanks to the hotel staff for moving us

Noise that starts too early in the morning coming from maintenance of paint (hand sanding) right above my door and lasting for hours. Also very loud noise of guests and children at odd hours. AC temp changes are disabled which made sleeping very difficult. The room furniture is white leather that has not been cleaned well (spots everywhere).

I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities at this property. The cold, impersonal styling made it feel unwelcoming, and the tub made from stone was uncomfortable and impractical for relaxing baths. Additionally, the stone didn't retain heat well, resulting in lukewarm water. Overall, my experience with the washroom was far from satisfactory.

The staff members were incredibly approachable and helpful. Their attentiveness made my stay truly enjoyable. While the hotel boasts a central location and modern amenities, I found it lacking in uniqueness considering the price.

Sometimes the outside is just a little loud at night

From the outside it doesn’t seem like it’s very modern but we were so surprised when we came inside and it looked and felt like a palace! The staff was amazing and would help transfer our luggage to and from the taxi or would even come escort us with an umbrella if it was raining. The spa was also absolutely beautiful and we were very content with our choice to stay there.

Really Good location. We walked everywhere, didn't get one taxi. The coach from the airport was really simple too. Staff were exceptionally helpful Really nice room and the cleaners came in twice a day. Left you a little biscuit every night.

Location of Hotel perfect,because in front of Termini can use bus in all direction of city,very clean ,breakfast we took in propertt very good by affordable price.Front desk managers Mr.Ivan and Mis.Allesiya best one,very kind,helpfull .Support us in terms of payment Mr.Ivan .Mis Allesiya pass with us on all floors to show us rooms for our selection.Many thanks for all this hospitality. The area is not elegant. As in all main/metro train station there are homeless people.

Very convenient with two metro station in Piazza de Spagna and direct line to the airport. Excellent if you would like to travel within the day to Napoli

Some issues with bedsheets due to stains and bathtub issues. Breakfast not included. Payment, during check-in advised that minibar included in amount which was over than reserved via booking and in case we'll use less than no extra payment or backpayment however during checkout payed extra.

Room: huge space and comfortable bed with a street view. very clean!!! location: just around 5 min walk to the Termini, very good location and there's a bus stop nearby, around 3min walk. Breakfast: the restaurant was very beautiful and staffs serves well. Breakfast was really nice!
