Nothing really - car park is a short walk but you have to drop luggage off first in a narrow street before then driving to the recommended parking which is free

Staff welcome and advice/help. Room was excellent - very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs cooked on request alongside a good selection

We loved staying at Palazzo Pacini - the owners were super welcoming and helpful, and the place is just beautiful! We especially enjoyed the terrace and having aperols with the sun setting over the tuscan hills. The breakfast was also amazing.

The area was cute but for some reason I didn't realise it was in a small town/village on a hill amongst other residential buildings and shops. It wasn't a problem it just surprised me, I thought it was more of a remote building. Still a beautiful hotel and the area was cute.

Hotel owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us a dinner recommendation that ended up being the best meal of our trip. Rooms were gorgeous and high quality, even better than pictures show. Also exceptionally clean which I find rare these days. Breakfast was delicious -- good coffee (we had cappuccinos) eggs cooked to order and a mix of savoury meats/cheeses upon request and fresh pastries that were delicious. Also a good area to easily get to San Gimignano or Volterra or Sienna.

    Absolutely nothing!

We were completely enchanted by Palazzo Pacini! The rooms, the location, and service that went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and at home. We traveled with our 3 young-adult sons. Check-in was a breeze. We were so well received by Pietro as he helped us get settled in. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, with charming views. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic out on the patio... Thank you, Eni, for the delicious omelets made to order! Again, Pietro and Eni provided us with a wonderful piece of Tuscan paradise. I hope we have the opportunity to go back.

A lovely home in Tuscany (Colle di val d’Elsa). Great view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace and a cute cat came to visit as well! The breakfast every morning was lovely and the manager of the hotel was very friendly. Please note that the property did not have parking that we could reserve. We had to park in the free parking nearby. We were there around August and had trouble finding parking in those parking lots as the car parks were full. We had to drive around for 30mins until we found parking.

Our stay at Palazzo Pacini was truly lovely. The hotel is charming, cosy, spotless, and perfectly located near some of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Eni, an absolute angel and a true asset to the hotel. She welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt like family. Her genuine care and hospitality elevated our stay and made us feel right at home. We will always remember this visit warmly and hope to return soon.

Car park is a distance from hotel. Not easy to get car park in front of hotel to load luggage into car during check out. It’s a small street hence had to hold up traffic when loading luggage.
