We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandSensor light in the bathroom is a definite nightmare. It doesn't reach the shower cabin so every few seconds the light turns off and it's needed to open the shower cabin and poke an arm or a leg. Very annoying. Same thing goes for the toilet. Mind you moving arms while sitting on the toilet isn't enough to turn on the lights again. Also, it would be much more pleasant with some decorations in the room or at least a mirror. I'd recommend some bedside tables, too. The narrow shelves by the bed are handy but can't be actually reached from the bed (unless you really stretch a lot) and are simply not enough.
Absolutely outstanding location, cannot be more central than this: 5-min. walk from Piazza del Duomo one direction and another 5-min walk to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station in the opposite direction. An elevator (even if tiny- bear in mind that it barely fits 2 rather slim people with not so big backpacks) is a bonus since the apartment is on the 4th floor. Very big room with an ok AC and good Wi-fi service. Efficient communication with the staff via WhatsApp (self-checkin).

CanadaThe air conditioning in the room did not work properly. The temperature outside was 37 degrees Celsius, and not much cooler inside. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear people in the next room. There was very little shelf space to unpack for the stay.

RomaniaThe room was nice overall, but unfortunately, you could clearly hear the noise from outside, especially at night. Some earplugs would definitely come in handy for light sleepers. Also, the bathroom light was on a motion sensor that turned off after just 5 seconds, which made showering quite challenging—you basically had to keep moving or waving your hands to avoid being left in the dark.
The property was close to the train station and everything else around the main tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious and it had a functional AC.

DenmarkNeighbouring rooms had loud sexual intercourses.: lack of sound proofing. WiFi did never really work due to overlapping frequencies. I reached out to the host, who was not able to solve the issue. Three devices tried; it never worked fast nor reliable. Needs to upgrade mantras. It’s worn and uncomfortable - guest will complain.
Great location and lovely introduction. Pictures online were representative for the room. Clean and well-organized. Climatizarion works efficient.

AlbaniaThe room had a connecting door to the next room, and the noise was unbearable. We could hear every single word, music, Instagram reels, TikToks — as if there were no wall at all. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t offer the rest and comfort we were hoping for. Adding some soundproofing to the connecting door could really improve the experience.
The location was great and the apartment was clean.

Greece1. Noise from outside, all night 2. The light in the bathroom has a sensor and if you don’t move for 15sec it goes dark. Even when you shower. 3. Mosquitos and small insects [don’t know their exact name in English but they frequent in places with humidity] - they could have included a mosquito repeller in the room, all properties in Florence do, I travel frequently for work here. 4. WiFi never worked 5. Staff never replied when the WiFi did not work nor when we had a question for the elevator, nor when we checked out.

United KingdomThe property is limited which is reflected in the price but what is there is not worth it. The air conditioning barely worked so the room was uncomfortably stuffy. The bed was terrible - two exceptionally uncomfortable mattresses on twin beds pushed together that separated constantly in the night so we kept waking up falling in between and having to move them back. We even tried sleeping on the floor at one point.
Close to the station and clean. On 4th floor and there is a small lift if you need it.

AustraliaYou fully check in online and pay tourist fee through paypal which seemed a bit odd and I didn’t really like sharing ID via whatsapp to strangers. Felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. The amenities were lacking, they didn’t have the basics including a hair dryer, ironing board, or even toothbrush holder. No room service, day 2 they just left some towels on our bed. We ran out of toilet paper by the end of our stay as there wasn’t a spare one. The last night the wifi just stopped working. I’d suggest they add a full length mirror in the room, they just have the smallest mirror in the bathroom. The bed was two twins pushed together and they kept moving apart, not very comfortable for a couple. I think if they are going to call themselves a hotel they should have better service.

Last minute booking for a place close to the train station. I am very satisfied with both location and the price. In deed just 2 minutes walk to the train station. Modern simple decorated room.
