There was nothing we didn’t like.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were very good at advising us about the area and organising trips. The room was fabulous - everything we needed with an amazing view of the square. Location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. There was plenty of choice of both hot and cold foods. What an amazing hotel. Thank you.

The view from our first room was not as described in our booking but the staff were quick to address this issue. The bedrooms were very hot at night.

We had an issue with our room which the staff dealt with very quickly and they couldn't have been better. The heating in the bedrooms was very hot and we were unable to use aircon due to the time of year so it was difficult to sleep but we would still return to this hotel. The location was superb, close to lots of lovely restaurants and sights.

The air freshener was a bit overwhelming. The curtains could use a washing. A bit dim inside but sufficient. Windows facing into a garden which didn’t allow for much natural sunlight to enter.

Loved the location close enough to walk to all the sights near st marks square( about 8-12 mins) the square was quiet & quaint with a church, restaurants, and a vegetable stand which could all be seen from the common balcony at the end of the hallway. The staff(especially Giuliana) and the breakfast buffet servers were very accommodating. The variety of food and beverages served at breakfast was delectable. The junior suite was perfect for my family of 4(2 young adults) with 2 single beds and a queen with enough room for a table and desk. Comfortable space. The layout had the bathroom located on the second level. Clean and renovated with charm of the old building.

Venice is a very busy city so it was lovely to be located in a large sunny square. The hotel is an easy walk to St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge.

Excellent facilities, delightful room with 4m high ceiling and charmingly courteous and welcoming staff at reception. Far superior to many other hotels I have known in the centre of Venice. Very quiet at night - the only disturbance being the occasional rude seagull in the Campo.

Nice small hotel, spotlessly clean, great room, great breakfast options, staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco (St Mark’s sq), 5 min to Rialto.

The room wasn’t quite as luxe as it appeared in the photos. The pillows on the bed were very thin, and though the room was for 3 people they only gave cups for two.

Excellent location in a beautiful square. Helpful staff. Beautiful building with balconies that open out to the square so you can enjoy the church bells and soak in the atmosphere.

Breakfast could be improved.never got a boiled egg that was hot...maybe a better choice of hot options....and although the staff were great it was a bit disorganised at times with items running out and staff so busy they struggled to keep up.

Good location, large comfy bed and pillows, great nights sleep. Lovely decor and bathroom was lovely. Shame there is no proper bar or communal relaxing area or lounge. Staff very helpful and communication from time of booking was exceptional. Would stay here again.

Fantastic, I booked last minute and I wasn't expecting a big room , jet I got view and a beautiful huge suite that blow my mind. Staying in a palace was beyond expecting. Staff was amazing, polite and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to back again
