It's super close to the Termini station, less than 10 minutes walk. The room was really clean, they change your towels every morning. The room was small, but that didn't bother us. Hot water in the shower at any time. We had a mini fridge, AC, TV and hairdryer. Staff is friendly.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

The location was very convenient, just 8 minutes walk to the Roma Termini train station. The room was well equipped, and they offered daily room service. The host gave us very helpful information to visit Rome safely.

Double bed was two single beds pushed together (one sheet put over the two mattresses). The two beds slid apart whenever you laid down on it and you could end up in the crack between the beds- not ideal when trying to sleep.

Some attention on the decoration would be good to make the whole space more confortable. A better bigger shower or some towel holders would be nice

The room is good. A lot of space, lot of natural light and extremely clean. The bathroom is big and the refrigerator is a big plus

The safe was broken also the bathroom heating system didn't work. They missed cleaning the room one day and didn't provide shampoo and soap every day.

Near termini station and the room was clean . Good AC and kitchen aminities were Ok. Ground floor which made our access easy.

The location of the facility is at the center. It's near to the metro. Besides, it's quiet and lovely place.

I wish there was a kettle in the room. And the cleaning stuff once unplugged our fridge. Which would be not an issue with just food or drinks in it, but my mom is a travelling diabetic. She had insuline in that fridge that needs to be cooled. So unplugging it without asking is a problem. After that we kept communicating through notes and it never happened again. We just left a note saying please don't touch the cord of the fridge. And the fridge could have been cleaner too.

It was amazing. We got a room on floor 0 (which is wonderful because after whole day of walking, you really have no strength to climb another stairs) with the cutest little balcony that's going onto a little patio and connected with tiniest square in front of the hotel. It's also well secured with many doors. The man at the receptionist is a sweet guy. The cleaning ladies and boys are wonderful. I didn't expect them cleaning EVERY DAY like it happens in better hotels. They were coming and cleaning also on the weekends. All the time. It's surprising and very very nice for a hotel that is so budget friendly. Having a fridge in the room is also very nice. The WiFi situation was confusing. There is a password on the reception, but in the end each part of the hotel has its own WiFi with the password on the little corridor and.... The connection was PERFECT. it was really really lovely place to stay at.

When we came in to the room, complete floor was white from painting. Yes, floor was wet and they try to clean it, but just made it worse. Walls wete sanitized with paint, but everything was dirty. Bathriom has big potential and it looks very nice, just if it could be cleaner.

I messaged the accommodation weeks ago telling them that I’ve read that there were two locations and since I was travelling with my disabled grandma I wanted to know which one was ours so she wouldn’t walk in vain. I also requested a room that she could access without having to go up stairs. They gave me the address of our hotel and they promised me a ground floor room. However, when we arrived to the address they had given me nobody was there and we had to wait. Then they made us walk to the other annex AND they gave us a first floor room. Even though there was an elevator, she had to walk up about ten steps. Take this into account if you are disabled, they might not honor your request.

I cannot complain about the room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and it was quiet at night.

Every day service was doing their best to keep the room clean and it was clean. Receptionist was very helpful, kind and wery nice. It was the cheapest solution when we were looking for a place in Rome - location and quality were beyond our expectations. Very nice place. Greetings.

Overall okay but the towels and bedding are a little dirty, it's not very pleasant to use them...

The only downfall of this place which is very minimal was it was a shared kitchenette area which meant making a cup of coffee at 6am without disturbing other guests , easily fixable with a kettle in the room, Don't ve put off so much by the area , we had no issues whatsoever but if your looking for a 5 star hotel , this is not for you But I can't fault the place at all Exactly what we were looking for and at an excellent price for prime location Yes your not looking over the collessium or have view of trevi fountain but your away from the hustle and bustle to have a peaceful night's sleep

Perfect location to reach everywhere! The best thing was the residence promoted no noise at night so you were guaranteed an excellent sleep after the days out and trips, this is a must as its so busy in rome, so thankyou for that ! Place was very clean and fresh towels everyday ! Easy check in and out as the reception is open 24 hours , and it also felt safe Helpful staff and always smiling Cleaner lady(sorry don't know your name) was lovely , smiley and nothing was a problem , keep up the good work !
