The bad was loke tow separated for a king bad so how could a couple can sleep like that ?

Due to Booking mistake? we were charged more than the tax price per head we had seen when we did the booking - 5e instead of 3.5 e per night. Not enough hot water. One more chair would be nice, mattress cover is a must

good size, near Roma termini/metro/buses, daily cleaner, tips from helpful receptionist, close to super market/cafes, restaurants, quiet area, some noisy guests

The room size is not good for 4 family or large, not enough spaces to put stuff but had 1 bunk bed for kids No breakfast no kettle to have own breakfast was a bit frustrating

The elevator makes very loud noise when it is used.

The front desk isn’t super attentive to the doorbell and we had to wait outside of the building twice for 20-30 minutes until someone opened, and that happened in working hours during the day.

The place was clean and the room was bigger than expected. Bathroom and shower also great! Heater works great too and there is a mini fridge.

It is quite far from the center and I had to use the tram a lot.

The staff was great, kind and generous, willing to help. The room was big and we even had a fridge.

The bed sheets and towels had some yellow stains! The cleaning staff should start knocking on the door before busting it right open in the afternoon. Mosquitoes were always around.

There was not much shampoo for two people, better bring yours. Communication in English with receptionist is kind of harder but it was almost everywhere in Italy.

AC worked well. It looks like a safe place close to Rome termini and metro station.

The shower was on the small side, but was still efficient. The top bunk did not have a railing, so my daughter was afraid to sleep on it, so my husband had to, but he said it was fine.

The location was close to the train station. The room was large enough for our family of 4 and all of our stuff. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space.

you get what you pay for. But at the end I like that it was away from all the noise of the city. People told me that the neighborhood was not safe to walk at night but because we do not like to go out at night that was not a problem.

I like the fact that it is 24 hours open.

It is a room designed for a family and as we were four adults, it felt a little crowded, however this is no fault of Palma Residence

Location was good as it was close to the Roma Termini railway station. It was secure with a quiet garden court-yard and served our purpose well Breakfast was not provided or available

super friendly, a bit quirky, in the setting of a big villa-like place. garden w/orange trees and a flock of parrots ! comfortable and affable. surprisingly quiet.
