Our room was directly opposite to the cleaning service room. The staff was very loud since 7 o´clock in the morning, we could not sleep longer as usually during our holidays. Tell your staff to be quiet, people like to sleep when having their vacation, thank you :-) And also, please, install some hangers to the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang your towels!

Good location, walking distance to the promenade at the coast. Spaceful parking lot, tasty breakfast. Nice pool :-)

The hotel is very dated, and a lot needs to be done from a cosmetic point of view. My bed creaked all night long, but the mattress was very comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, perfect location for the lake. The hotel was immaculately clean.

I didn’t mind a bit outdated interior, just the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours. I was not very happy with dinner. We had 2 dinners at the restaurant in the hotel and it wasn’t a success. Maybe it is not a bad idea to review the recipes.

Nicely located hotel, just a few minutes from the lake. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was quite good, a lot of choice and very tasty coffee.

No real sound insulation. Wooden beds seemed to have very old bases with springs and wooden boards on them that were very noisy. The other thing that wasn't ideal was a live band playing outside or my first room until 11pm. Got no prior warning about this. Was trying to do a teams meeting at one point with all the background noise. Would have liked prior warning

It was close enough to the sea front you could walk it easily and even closer to where the bus drops you off. Breakfast has enough choice for me. I had issues with a very squeaky bed and Franca at reception was very good at finding me another room that was better. I couldn't fault the staff

I gave 8 out 10 because of following reasons: Maybe changing bed would be nice thing to do as there is a rumor when you turn. Also changing the type of pillow would be a nice idea. I would suggest to put a little fridge and kettle. It would be helpful for long stay guests. Extending the dinner time would be nice. Because we were in a hurry while eating.

We passed weekend at this hotel. This is really nice hotel near the lake. In detail: (I shared other photos in google maps as it is not possible to download many photos here): Near the lake&centro storico&bus station for airport (just 5-10 min walk) Clean: the room, the bathroom and other parts of the hotel are super clean. Staff: they are super friendly Breakfast & Dinner: we took both breakfast and dinner. Both of them are super delicious an various things to eat: For breakfast it is open bufet: eggs, fresh tomato and cucumber, cheese, etc. (in the pics) For dinner: antipasti is open bufet. First and second course are served. For the first course we were offered 2 types pasta, for the second we could choose meat or fish. Reccomended: if the dinner is at 8, be there before, because the time is short (1 hour and half if). For breakfast it was fine (2 hours). Pool is big enough and clean. The rooms is in old style, but it reminds some italian nonna's house. Anyway it was very clean. So no need to worry I think. Good value for money. Hope they won't increase, so we can go for the next weekends 😀

Very dated and no attention made to the property. Scruffy and old and lots of weeds everywhere. Staff were ok but most not very friendly. Beds were awful and would be better sleeping on the floor.
