Too much noise, you can hear everything is going on outside the room. The fisrt night I was unable to sleep due to the noise of a group of teenagers outside the room and corridor, I even told them off to do t make noise, yet the carry on going. I am very surprised that the reception just one floor above did not take enough actions to stop the noise as it was until 1 am at night! The next day I have reported to the reception my feedback.

The position of the hotel is very good and you can be at the main square by 10 min walk.

Rooms are small and shower really small.

Ideal location in the heart of florence, Great views from the rooftop terrace. Staff really pleasant. Breakfast good.

Carparking is valet parking and a little costly at €30 per day/part of day.

A great location with a lovely top floor roof terrace with views to the Duomo nearby; we bought drinks at reception and went and enjoyed the view. Also has a guest TV room on this level. Very close to the old centre. Walk down the street and less than 10 mins later you're in the cathedral quare. Fantastic friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Good breakfast. Parking available

The A/C worked, but not great, and it was a warm stay in the summer. The room would have felt very small if I was traveling with anyone else. The space provided for working in the room was very small and common areas were not always open.

The view from the back deck was great! The hotel staff were accommodating, and the room was sufficient for a single traveler. The facilities are a bit old and worn, but everything worked and was clean.

There was no kettle heater in the rooms and we surprised the hotel charged us 6 euro for hot water!!!!

The room was poorly maintained. The shower head was almost falling apart and the water pressure was miserable, with alternating jets of cold and boiling water. The price doesn’t justify the quality of the room and service.

Great location. There’s also a terrace with a fantastic view of the city (shown in the photos) and from our room we had the same view from the bathroom.

Internet was terrible, could not get on most of our stay and when i could it was limited.

This is an old hotel, with average bedding. Location was ok, Internet was poor if you could log on. Breakfast was good, staff were acceptable.

The single bed was too small

Proximity to the city center was good, and the breakfast terrace overlooking the old town is great.

The furnishing of our room was a bit outdated- the centerpiece lamp was very hard to look at when it comes to being visually attractive. But this is not a huge deal since we were there to see a beautiful Florence and not a beautiful hotel room. However, i have to say, it’s nice to come home to a room that has some effort in aesthetics, even if minimally haha. It was hot hot when we arrived and the air conditioning was a life saver- but it does take time to cool the room!

Of course, we absolutely loved the terrace! It was so nice to be able to see the city from above. And also that we were so close to the big attractions of the city. We also loved that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station so it was easy to move around. The breakfast had an amazing view and what was provided in terms of drinks and food was of great value as well. The people who worked there were super nice and helpful as well, which always makes the experience!I definitely recommend.

It was a really smooth stay there during my conference in Florence in summer. The staff is amazing and the service was on par.

The beds were not comfortable, had a hard time sleeping. The rooms were a little warm and there were some flying insects in the room. The staff was friendly when prompted, but did not go out of there way to advise us about our stay in the city.

The hotel was in a good location, very walkable from the center of the city. The hotel also includes breakfast, which was nice. Overall it was a nice stay, nothing over the top but it did the job. The staff was helpful when prompted.
