No space to lock the valuables in the room. (The shelf was without a door.) Exhaust in the bathroom was noisy. There was no separate switch for it. Bread options in breakfast can be improved.

The location- the hotel is surrounded by trees and is at short walk from the city center & the railway station. Good connectivity with Florence & Pisa. Clean room, bathrooms, and bedding. Friendly & helpful staff. Good wifi speed. Breakfast was fine. Value for money (last minute deal of the day for an economy double room) Funicolare (cable car) at a walking distance.

We had booked the superior room for our anniversary, though when we checked in quite late in the day, we were given a small room with terrace that didn't look like the pictures. After one night in a very cramped room, we asked to change. And that's when we got a special room that looked like the pictures.

The superior double room was lovely and spacious with a nice big bathroom too. The terrace was also generous. The pool was lovely and well kept and we enjoyed it very much. When we had specific dietary requirements the kitchen and waiting staff went above and beyond to provide a good breakfast. You can tell that they are beginning to update the hotel, and I'm sure in time it will be more modern.

Nothing! all is good!

The hotel was perfect in terms of location; it has a HUGE free car park right next to it, that can be used by everyone. The hotel is at a crossroad of two busy streets and at just 1 min walking distance, we had a gorgeous terraced restaurant and a 24hrs laundrette. If you do not have a car, there are several other interesting places to visit, such as a discotheque nearby or other restaurants, but slightly further. The rooms were comfortable, with lots of storage places and although they could show the age of the hotel, the bathrooms are all refurbished and very very modern. The swimming pool is the place to lounge to when it is hot in the area, but the key to our stay was the breakfast. It was the best we ever had in Italy, the Brazilian lady in charge, makes the best waffles in town. Everything was quaint and welcoming and we LOVED the lady owner, she is hilarious! We will come back!

the breakfast is the same every day and basic, there are no signs abut the meat (i guess all of it was pork) there are not always parkings at the hotel entrance, so you have to park on the other side of the street. we rented a car to do sight seeing (you need it)

the room (superior) had a good size, the air con was working well and the view was really nice. about 15 mins away from the city centre by foot.

We loved our stay at Hotel Panoramic, the staff were very helpful, our rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was gorgeous. There was a great selection of foods at breakfast, the kids had waffles and pancakes and I ate pastries and watermelon. Everything was delicious. The hotel is located in a gorgeous little Italian town, the perfect spot to spend a few days.

We had lunch at the poolside, waitress should have asked how we want the hamburger to be cooked. Their standard is medium rare, we had a small issue and dispute on that. Things have been settled by mutual agreement, but the normal way is to first ask the customer what they want, not to blame customers for not knowing their standards. Apart from that everything was fine with their cuisine. No vegetables for breakfast, however we got some tomatoes if asked. Filling of food containers is very slow, sometimes you need to wait quite long. Not much variety, all in all decent breakfast but very boring. Italians can not bake decent breads or rolls, don't expect great tastes, but it's not the hotel's fault! We had a terrace, nobody has cleaned up the bird dung in six days, even if asked. We did.

Very nice location, staff are very polite, flexible and informative, pool size is acceptable for a couple of days leisure. Everything seemed to be clean, however the hotel overall is a bit old-fashioned. Bathroom size was sufficient in both of our rooms, but in one of them, the corner shower panel on the wall takes a lot of valuable space from the cabin, makes it very challenging to have a shower. Just a shower head attached to the wall would have been nice and enough. Free parking within the hotel or opposite in the park just across the street, we had no issues, safe area to park and/or to walk.

There wasn’t any coffee or thee facilities in the room. Beside that I can’t think of anything else. Everything was good to expectations.

The location was great. It is near to Pisa, Florence and Lucca. Also the room we had, was very spacious with a balcony with Mountain View. We were lucky that we had a balcony on north-east, so we didn’t had the sun on there in the afternoon/evening. The rooms are very quiet, because the hotel isn’t at the busy part of Montecatini. The breakfast was good, in a all-you-can eat buffet. There was a lot to choose between. The walk to the city was 10/15 minutes, depending on where you want to go to. For us it was close enough. The city itself was nice to walk through and to have dinner every evening. Going up to Montecatini Alto with the funny train is also recommended, also to enjoy the view on Montecatini-Terme.

The windows are not soundproof, you can clearly hear everything that's going on outside even if you stay at the highest floor - motorcycles, cars, just about anything. This is the biggest disadvantage. While we were there, there was a basketball team and they made so much noise at night that it seemed they were right next to us, even if we stayed at floor 4. The hotel staff was helpful and changed our room two days later but to no avail.

Good location and wonderful staff, they were very helpful. Free parking available if you find a place in the hotel yard, but usually there is enough space so there is no problem. The pool is excellent, in very good condition. We stayed here for 2 years in a row.

The hotel caters for tours, therefore one has to be aware that when the (normally two) coaches arrive, things get very busy. It also means breakfasts can be a bit manic if you intend to eat before the tours depart. Later breakfasts are no problem.

A good quality hotel in the quiet spa town. The pool and garden facilities are very good. Hotel and housekeeping staff are outstanding. The rooms are of good size and well equipped, including a fridge. Breakfast is very good with choices.

It's 20 euro to use the jacuzzi and sauna, and the pool outside is large but cold. The beds were a little bit too hard and small, my feet hanged outside the bed.

Not much to dislike, bit of a walk into town centre, so if mobility is a problem a car may be helpful, there is parking at the hotel and a free car park just opposite the hotel.Swimming pool open until October. excellent choice for a base to visit Tuscany.
