The hotel’s owner was very attentive to us. He even adviced where to park in Milan. What’s more, the man was really friendly and kind. Hotel also gives a 10 percent discount for Terme.

    Nothing

We were picked up at the airport as requested and made felt very welcome when we arrived our room was spotless and the beds super comfy, a large bathroom with loads of towels. Down stairs a lovely cafe bar where you can sit in or out and attached to the hotel the owners son has a bar, he brews his own beers they are very good. He stayed open till 2 ish and they serve snack foods. The hotel is right in the town where you have the bus whic is just 30 min to Bergamo you buy your ticket accross the road and a 15 min walk to the Thermal baths, book when you are at the hotel they can arrange a 10% discount

A classic dated Italian hotel. Very basic including the breakfast. You would think that in Italy it’s not difficult to serve a nice fresh brioche (croissant), but theirs is much to improve on. At least the coffee was ok. The room itself was not very pretty and the heating impossible to turn down, leaving the room boiling hot. Had to sleep with 3 windows open at night (it’s winter) to keep the temperature at an ok level. Only problem is that you’ll be woken up by the cars and church bells which last about 10 minutes every time they ring. The shower is pretty basic as well. Not sure if anyone likes a shower curtain these days.

    Good location

The toilet paper holder was not big enough to carry all the toilet paper the generous staff wanted us to have.

Papa himself, the majestic atmosphere of San Pellegrino Terme, the sofa cinema - magnificent!

Room was perfect for us, four single beds. Large bathroom. The hotel is not very new or modern but it's definitely a comfortable place. Classic Italian 3-star town hotel. Very friendly owners and staff. I'm glad I stayed there instead of at a major chain hotel. Would certainly go there again.

The shower is a bit small and although I liked the church bells near bye ringing disappointed that early and quarterly they ring so they wake you up there's no need of an alarm.Nothing to do around and few restaurants were found too

The staff is very nice and helpful especially il signor Giuseppe. The bed was very comfortable and good break fast

This is just a perfect place to stay in San Pellegrino. The staff is friendly, the location is central, windows that look at the beautiful river, and everything is as it should be. I stayed in this hotel many times already over the last few years and I am never disappointed. The rooms' decor may need an upgrade but rooms are very clean and very organized. You will have everything you need an more. An extra point should go to the fact that both the towels and the sheets smelled like they were freshly washed, something very rare in hotels.

    everything was just perfect

The warm welcome, the excellent customer service - We had originally booked a room with a balcony but through no fault of the owners of the hotel somehow this request was not received however the owners immediately upgraded us to two connecting rooms and apologized for the misunderstanding although it was not their fault also the hotel restaurant has exquisite cuisine and the owners are a typical example of what customer service is all about well done

The breakfast could be more abundant...

The proprietor of the hotel was really hospitable, being always ready to give some advice and solve any problem if any could arise. The location is perfect, it takes about 8-10 minutes to get to QC Terme. Morover the hotel offers a 10 percent discount. Also there is a bus stop nearby which makes it quite convenient to get to Bergamo and back.

Giorgio and his staff were excellent. This was our 2nd time visiting the Papa. Often we look for places to eat not connected to the hotel. But, here, you can find the finest food right in the hotel. They have a beautiful dinning room and also a quaint cafe on the property.

There's a church right next to the hotel, which means that the morning bell ringing might slightly annoy, if you plan on sleeping late. Then again, it's a small town with more than one church, so the bell ringing will be heard no matter where you stay.

The hotel is in excellent location and the staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and quiet and WiFi is free and fast. There's a nice lounging area on the rooftop for sunbathing or stargazing. The breakfast was good and fulfilling and the service personal and polite. The hotel offers free bike rental (based on availability) and the bikes were in surprisingly good condition. We were very pleased with our stay!

Some noise from the river and traffic. Breakfast could be more exciting and varied.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the Brembana Valley and the surrounding mountains.

Was under some maintenance work, hence the remark of uncleanliness in my scoring.

Great location, in the heart of San Pellegrino Terme. Everything within walking distance.
