We booked a standard room because it was a very short holiday. It was ok, but maybe it should be refurbished a bit. It is starting being a little too 1980s style. We had some problem to dry our swimsuit because we couldn't find a way to hang them outside. The wifi connection is poor especially in the basement where our room was situated.

Very cheerful and professional staff. It helped us a lot in choosing what to see and how to join the different places. The Ladies at the reception spent a lot of time to help us to book the hydrofoil to Naples. Many thanks to the maitre too, always kind and gentle. The hotel is situated in a gorgeous garden. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. The rooms are comfortable. The three pools are clean and the thermal water is amazing. No noisy people and annoying kids. Poseidon thermal gardens are reachable by foot, but be prepared to stairs.

The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The mattress was so hard. Very very uncomfortable so we couldn’t sleep very well. Not good if you want to relax. The room was very average. Noisy location next to a road and building works.

The pool was warm, you look up to the mountain whilst in the hot thermal pool which is nice. The staff are very friendly and the shower was the best I’ve ever had..

The hotel owners should do something urgently with terrible and outdated furniture (my grandmother had such furniture and mattress 30-40 years ago! Mattress and pillows were complete disaster - worse than to sleep on a piece of wood for those who likes to sleep on the floor. We got up in the morning with broken spines and struggling with pain everywhere (keeping in mind that my husband likes to sleep on the floor). Also the spa in the hotel closes at 1pm!!! and does not work on Sundays - that was disappointing as we came only for 2 days and had to go to Poseidon park and pay extra 35Euro per person to get all services instead of staying in the hotel and using 3 thermal pools WITHOUT any services. Location is not very good also - too far from the restaurants and shopping - 20 euro one way by taxi and no chance to get a bus as you have to wait for it standing on tiny spot on small street at least 30-40 minutes - and forget about catching a bus to return back to the hotel in the evening.

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. We changed the room to another with view and were enjoying wine on our huge balcony with sea view. Also, the hotel is very close to huge Poseidon Thermal Park - just 15 min to walk down (easy). That was great.

Not really easy to walk to the beach or town center. But they had free bus service.

Really enjoyed my holiday. Food was really tasty (4 cours meals on evenings). Pool äreä was great and all massages and beauty treatments 😍.

No WiFi in the room. You have to go down to reception to use the WiFi. Also, the beach is a long walk. That didn't put us off because we enjoy the walks but worth mentioning.

Fabulous staff. The restaurant staff in particular were wonderful and the dinners were all top notch. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was overwhelming. The facilities were all fantastic.
