The rules , conditions, and extra charges imposed by the hotel. The lady working at the reception was like an angry old school headmistress. While some rules, conditions, and charges are understandable and normal, many were not. For example, not allowing guests not staying in the hotel into the rooms. Makes sense, especially for safety of the guests. However, having to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave. Not quite. Especially since there is a sign saying they take no responsibility for theft from your room! The most ridiculous was the extra charge for the use of WiFi and air-conditioning. I mean, come on, it's a seaside town with lots of mosquitos. People need the air-conditioning. I realise this is a budget hotel, however, I've stayed in other places in Rimini at a similar price that didn't have such ridiculous terms.

The property was about halfway be between the city centre and the beach area, so it was easy to access both. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean.

No elevator. The lovely house keeper helped me to carry my luggage upstairs. No curtains in the windows. Other guests smoked inside their room on my first night.

The hotel is not in walking distance from the historic center and the station. The rooms have seen better days and could use a freshening up. I found the walls thin and some of the guests were rather noisy.

The personal of this hotel is simple without make a lot of nothing but efficient. Only thing, the woman no speaks english but nevertheless she solve a problem easily. The room are simple to past a good time for sleeping, it s quiet.

The location was a short 5min walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops around to buy goods. Great value for money in comparison to Hostels, and the lady was a delight to chat with.

Unlike what we can expect from most hotels, WiFi, AC, coffee and breakfast were not included in the price. The room, furniture and bathroom are small, but enough for 1 person staying for a short period of time.

The owners were attentive and let me check in 1 hour before the scheduled time. The price was fair. The hotel is in a great location and my room had a view to a park. My room was neat and clean.

Location is close to Station but a long wallk as station does not have a northern exit. They charge for WiFi. Only 1 blanket was not enough for a cold night. Crampy washroom. I had better value rooms for the same money.
