I have no complaints!

The hotel is in the perfect location right in town: not far from the train station (we took a taxi because we overpacked, but could easily walk), directly across the street from the lake, and a short walk to the ferry boats. Check-in was seamless in a well-decorated lobby. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. We went to the restaurant for dessert and then breakfast in the morning -- both were enjoyable experiences with delicious food. Finally, all staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! They gave suggestions on how to spend our day in town to maximize our experience, kept our luggage safe after check-out, and even called us a taxi when it was time for us to head back to the train station.

Parking is very limited and you have to rely on luck to find a spot. Reception tries to accommodate though as much as possible

Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Hotel in break location with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and site seeing within walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They had a hotel dog, friendly little senior pooch which have a lovely welcome and homely feel. It really was lovely to be greeted by her on arrival, we thought it gave an extra special touch. Rooms were very clean and reception staff very welcoming too. My family and I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pillows were a bit firm, otherwise no complaints.

Location was excellent, staff was great and had good restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was good and parking easy.

We needed to start early some days and the breakfast does start until 7:15, with egg orders only after 7:30am. It would have been nice if breakfast started just a little earlier.

The hotel location is excellent, surrounded by many great restaurants and views. The rooms were comfortable and super quiet, with excellent double glazed windows blocking out everything.

Hi - nothing to dislike but if the swimming pool was heated that would have been a bonus.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, particularly Massimiliano in the restaurant. He went above and beyond to make sure our visit was very relaxing and enjoyable. The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean and modern. The view from the restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere in the hotel is great.

There was a smell of damp when you walked into the room. There was no coffee making facilities in the room and the coffee in the hotel was over roasted and too hot! I burnt my tongue. Bed was too hard for my husband, ok for me though. The TV was not a smart TV so could not access Netflix etc. The safe was too small, could not fit the iPad in it.

The proximity to desenzano. Not even a one minute walk and you were around restaurants. Service was attentive and friendly. Parking was easy as it was valet parking. Breakfast had nice fresh ingredients. Not too much choice but it was enough. Good view of lake from roof top pool. It was quiet in the night so slept well. Bathroom was modern with a good shower. Room was spacious with a balcony over looking the lake.

Great location to get around every where on the lake, perfect for trains to Verona and Milan. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
