I don’t like situation what was with me. When i was booking for 4 nights prive was 1300Euro. When i came to hotel price on bookinf for this period 8-12 March was 847Euro. When i ask about it i had answer “Sorry”. In another hotel i’m sure i can be get, for example, answer :”Sorry, but we can present for you massage for tou and your wife”. Or luxe room for this moment have a price the same standart room what i lives. Hotel can make me offer to go to lux. What’s why i don’t like this hotel and booking.com.

They did not make our room until 5 pm, so when we came back from ski the rooms were not still done. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and they forgot to bring a plate for our son (he did not eat!). Also they would bring the food whenever they wanted to. I found the hotel very disorganized! The only good thing was the spa.

I did like the spa zone very much

The ONLY thing that might have been good would be, in addition to the excellent restaurant on site, a way to get more accessible food for children or outside regular restaurant hours. That being said, the restaurant food and staff are great, and the bar snacks are also tasty.

The staff were really excellent, nothing was too big, or too unimportant, for anyone to help with. Always friendly, flexible and willing to accommodate our party of 14 (3 families). Shuttle service to and from town and the slopes made everything easy and convenient. Pool and spa facilities are excellent.

We booked here last minute as a relaxing spa afternoon sounded tempting given all the hiking we had done in the area. Very glad we booked here as the facilities were fantastic - sauna, steam, pool and relaxation room. The rooms were great with comfortable beds. Ideally you would have a car as there are some great restaurants in the area and if you wanted to stay out for dinner however they do offer a shuttle service.

I dropped some coins on the bedroom floor and when I went down to pick them up i spotted the disaster that was the layer of dust under the bed, it probably hadn't been cleaned for months, a complete let down considering you are breathing that lot in all night. I pointed this out to the front desk, they were concerned but not enough to give us a refund or not charge us for the water we had with dinner, no gesture at all.

we booked a double room, were upgraded to a suit, there were two bathrooms (couldn't use the shower in one because the glass door was loose) the lounge area and bedroom were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had half board and the meal and breakfast were excellent

The sauna was a joke if you compare that to a real sauna. Less than 60 degrees, and the stove was cold. Instead, Turkish sauna was fine. The pool area would require some more feeling. Now basically the only light comes from the roof window. Some lightning, for example paintings/canvas photographs and decoration would help - easy to do with small money really. The spa is quite old, not exactly up to current standards, for example bubble machine in the pool not giving massage to your back and showers.

Restaurant and bar area had a good feeling. Waiters were using uniforms, good outfit, and knew their job. The shuttle to the center of the village is very handy.

I went with my friends for a bachelorette party. It was a very special weekend for us and the hotel was the perfect incing on our cake! Everything was perfect, the staff was super helpful and very kind. The girls at the reception are amazing! The spa and swimming pool is to die for. Super clean, with an amazing relax area and beds with water mattress. The hotel is really close to Cortina, there is a beautiful path in the middle of fields, flowers and mountains that leads to the city center in not even 30 minutes or you can arrive there by car in just 5 minutes. We had dinner at the hotel and it was really delicious, amazing wine and staff. The breakfast was superb.

There was a loud party on the Saturday night that we weren't warned about. It kept us up until midnight. Showers were terrible - placed on the wall above the bath with no curtain so the whole bathroom got wet. We stayed in 2 different rooms and showers were laid out equally poorly in both. In the second room the shower holder was broken so it was not possible to mount the shower in one place on the wall. Staff weren't rude but every time we spoke to them at reception it seemed like we were an inconvenience.

Good wellness centre. Nice views. Spacious rooms albeit slightly dated.

No food unless expensive set menu. Mini bar crazy expensive. Hidden costs, claim guests have free use of pool and sauna but charge you for mandatory pool hats without telling you they come at a cost. Facilities aren't free for guests. Don't expect a good night sleep, radiators noisy even when not on, can hear everything the above guests are doing from toilet, blowing nose, to walking around. Also bed is incredibly squeaky, can't tense or stretch a muscle without the bed kicking off. Not a double room, a twin room so annoyingly had to deal with beds moving apart.

Nice suite, plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings.

I wanted to give the Staff 5 stars for their helpfulness, but the value for money only 1. This hotel is looking tired, we had a suite room and the woodwork was looking tired, lots of scratches and dents. The location is just outside Cortina, it is too far for an evening stroll but not a problem as we had a car. However, it really was not worth 250 Euros a night.

The staff were incredibly helpful including the kids club which our children loved and literally took them off our hands so that my husband and I could enjoy some alone time. The restaurant was amazing and even there the staff were superb as they tried to accomodate all my difficult dietary requirements (several allergies). The spa facilities were amazing and the pool was simply the best - both our children and us loved spending our afternoons there. We had a lovely family suite that was perfect for our needs and will definitely be visiting again.
