On check-out the lady gave me my receipt. When I realised that it didn't have the name, address and tax code of my company indicated, I asked her to add it. She refused.

Nice place with many trees around. Easy TRAVEL access to many interesting points and to the aiport. BUT not close close to Milan or other places. In my point of view it is ideal for early morning flight and have a base for daytrips.

The bathroom has a window to the bedroom through which you can see. It may not comfortable if you are not staying in a room alone.

Large bed. Also, hotel room has a back door where you can park your car. No need to carry suitcases through the hotel.

Hotel is somewhat difficult to reach, as it can be accessed only from one side of a divided highway. It helps to have Goggle Maps.

A number of rooms have parking space for a car right outside a back door to the room; this is convenient if one needs to unload and then reload luggage.

The location is quite isolated. No supermarket or shops near by. You can only get there driving.

The room didn’t have a chair (which I needed for work), but it was immediately provided after I requested it to one of the staff members.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced with excellent customer service from the person who handled the check-in to all the staff. The lady who was working during breakfast was really kind when she offered to check if they had some additional vegan options.

Hotel garage for extra fee (but you can park outside for free). Bathroom and bedroom is divided by visible-through glassy wall - you better choose your room partner wisely :D

Location is comfy once you travel with car or on bike - it is basically next to the big road. Room was spacious, modern and equiped with effective air-condition. Beds are comfy, large table available, many hangers and storage space. Not far from lakes or Milan, ideal area if you are entering Italy from abroad. If you are staying here, take breakfast! We did not take it and I regret our decision till now, it looked amazing - make your time for it.

Switches in the rooms are poorly marked and "scattered" on the walls. No logic to figure out what each switch means. For example, there were led lights above the whirlpool - it was a real adventure to figure out how to turn them on. The accommodation is located right next to a busy road and is far from "civilization". You really need a car... Access to the accommodation is only from one direction, so it is sometimes necessary to drive up and down before reaching the hotel.

Upon arrival, the very helpful staff informed us that they had upgraded our room free of charge. Instead of a regular room, we stayed in a suite. The suite was a really big upgrade - beautiful! A whirlpool, above average comfortable bed, refrigerator... The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly - from the receptionists to the cleaners. The prices of additional drinks from the fridge were fair and the offer was good. The parking lot is easily accessible. Despite the fact that we lived with a larger group of vacationers who were in this hotel at the time, we did not feel any excessive crowding or noise.

The rooms (as a family we had to rent 2) had a distinct smell (of leather?) that we could not completely get rid of by opening the windows.

We only stayed one night at the hotel (stop along a longer roadtrip) and found everything we required. The reception staff was very kind in giving us good recommendations for dinner and also efficient for check-in and check-out.
