The rooms although spacious are a bit dated, but it did not affect my overall stay, no coffee or tea facility in the room. Bathroom was dated and the shower was slightly stained with mould but this was the only small negative part.

Great location only 10-15 mins walk from Garda town. Beautiful swimming pool with a lot of poolside space for residents to enjoy. The Garden and walk way up to the Hotel is very pretty. Breakfast was good value with a variety of cold meats, breads, cakes, fruit, cereal, and warm cooked breakfast items. Staff veyr freindly and food served at the hotel was really good and similarly priced to restaurants in town. even slightly cheaper.

Too far from the centre of the town. Reception staff not very friendly and helpful. Not enough information available on beaches around the area. Rooms require some update.

Hotel badly in need of facelift. Furnishings/decor out of 60/70s. Situated about 1 km out of town centre, all uphill to return...! Breakfast was like a rugby scrum, and everything packed away by 9.30am Most hot food was finished by 9.00 although breakfast was supposed to be 7.30 - 9.30. Most of the other guests were in bus parties and left early in the morning. We felt we were an afterthought as there was never a table set for us and we were placed as far from the buffet as possible.

Room opened on to small terrace with large grass area with plenty of sun beds. Prices in bar were same as town. Parking was available at sister hotel nearer to town. Staff very helpful.

Would of liked to have coffee and tea facilities in the bedroom.

Swimming pool was amazing with plenty of outdoor space. Staff very friendly. Decor in rooms slightly dated but the outdoor space and scenery makes up for it.

Very noisy on the ground floor from the room overhead, particularly from the water pipes. Any use of the bathroom, sink, toilet, shower or anything that used water upstairs would cause very loud water flow through the pipes(only an irritation early in mornings,7am or earlier) . Also if chairs on the upstairs room balcony were being moved around this was loud in the room underneath(not a problem during the day but if the balcony was being used late at night it was a bit of a nuisance).Sky news was the only English speaking channel but tv which might bother some people. No air conditioning near end of Sept' even though it was needed

The staff were helpful. The hotel wasn't too far from the centre of town. lovely pool(but no shallow end, 1.7mtr). plenty of sunbeds. lovely shrub/tree lined path leading to reception door. Plenty of food and plenty of choice for breakfast. Can't comment about other meals as we only had breakfast. We had a triple room which was plenty big. The double bed was fine but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

Air conditioning in both the rooms and hotel is poor. Wifi only works at reception, and often wouldn't connect. Hotel looks old and tired and could do with a facelift. Most staff on reception quite unpleasant and unhelpful. Hotel is situated at the top of quite a steep bank, unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.

Lovely pool area and gardens. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food at the bar was reasonably priced and good value. Small free shuttle bus stops 800 yards from the hotel to take you to town but stops at 7.30 pm
