Restaurant service was not very good for diner but that was due to a lack of staff. The two waters worked their fingers to the bone.

    Breakfast included toast

Very noisy, lots of students staying there and the acoustics between the rooms is poor. Room decor is dated. Very noisy extract fan in shower. No iron in the room. No ironing board available. No water in rooms.

    Food was good; croissants/coffee excellent!

We think that it could have more variety in the breakfast.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It had free parking that it was very convenient for us as we traveled by car. The room was clean.

The pool was never open early in the morning. The official sign was saying that opens at 9am. Inside the hotel, the sign was 9h30am. But we never got it open before 10am. What made impossible for us to enjoy the pool as we had other plans after.

The staff was always ready to help. They create a great atmosphere for the place.

Breakfast is not on the level of 3star hotel, their English is quite weak. Family room was quite small, also I don't recommend if you have a weak sleep - it was a bit noisy when we were there.

Great location for visiting adventure park Fasanolandia, nice view on the Fasano city. Beds were good and bathroom is very good also.

The menu for the evening meal was almost always the same dishes. They only changed one dish a day in a selection of four. To get to the restaurant you have to go outside, not good when it's raining or cold.

    Lovely staff. Position.

    1. Too far to walk into town and no buses.Taxi fare 10 euros one way. 2. Advertised as having a bath but didn't. 3. Infestation of ants in bedroom beside fridge. 4. Asked for a quiet room but disturbed by noise of dining room chairs being scraped over floor from 7pm till late. 5. There was supposed to be a swimming pool but it was closed for the season. Surely that should have been made clear on the website. Felt cheated.

For families the hotel is right next to the Fasano Zoo Safari Park.

Had to wear hats in the swimming pool. Very expensive to buy 2! Our family room was a little small.

Lovely bed actually, a nice lot of towels. Great breakfast.

As a gym addict, I found the gym facilities weren't great especially as they could only be accessed when the spa was open (the times varied)and there was a cost of 5 euros.

The staff were lovely, in particular one of the guys on reception, who sorted me out a panini out side of normal kitchen hours as I hadn't eaten since leaving the uk. Also one of the chefs in particular was really friendly and made an effort to help me understand the menu. The food in the restaurant was wonderful too.

The Swimming pool was closed, which was our main reason for booking this hotel. The continental breakfast was very poor. The bar was very poorly stocked.

The room and hotel reception were comfortable and clean

Could have better breakfast selection. WIFI was complicated. Requires registration rather than password.

About 7 mins walking distance from the Safari zoo park. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Room temperature was perfect and the nightly price rate is affordable. Does not require credit card to book reservation. I would definitely stay there again if my Family comes back for a trip.

Their convoluted procedure for WiFi access never worked. They should reconsider it.
