Not particularly close to city centre and Metro station was 15 minutes walk. Furnishings are a bit old fashioned and needs a facelift around public areas. Bathroom could do with a deep clean as tile grout was not brilliant although overall was clean.

Easy to find. Free parking. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast limited but nice. Nice pool and sun deck. When you get to Metro station is very easy to navigate the city.

The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre but close to the University. There is a metro at some 400 m. running since 5 a.m. till 11 p.m.

The hotel was very luxury, situated in a beautiful garden, there were 3 restaurants and a cafeteria. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, which is not usual for Italy.

The hotel is situated next to some sort of factory, featuring a huge and horrible chimney in front of our window. Moreover, the hotel is literally next to a motorway. One would not expect to find a 4 stars hotel in such location. Very disappointingly, the hotel did not have an iron for an emergency (or a quick ironing service for such eventuality)... In my opinion, this is clearly sub-standard for a 4 stars hotel. Because of this, we had to go into an expedition to a dry cleaner and waste 1h 30 min just to iron a shirt and a dress, which we needed upon arriving to the hotel.

I would not say it is a negative point but the room got pretty hot at night even though the heating was off and always practically slept with the window open. Shower might not be the largest I came across but served its purpose well.

A very generous and fully fledged breakfast which few can compete with in Italy. Very helpful staff with a pleasant personality and a smile on their faces. Service in breakfast room is an example of what good and courteous service is all about. Would recommend it any time .

This is not a 4 star hotel anymore, maybe 20 years ago when the actual furniture was new. This is "used", but very clean 3 star hotel. The interior is quite grotesque using some mix of "old looking" baroque style furniture and fake (painted) marble columns. :)

Nothing in particular. Some suggestions : some minor updates required to a proper 4 stars hotel: there should be magnetic cards instead of just 1 old school key. Some doors are damaged. More and smarter sockets in room.

The location close to University and hospital is very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Ok. They have fixed all the problems with the room, but why should it happen from the very beginning and why booking.com and the hotel publish wrong room photos in the confirmation letters?

We have paid an additional money for a better room (we have judged about the differences by photos the hotel published in booking.com). Surprisingly, the room was usual and the stuff told us that the hotel is not responsible for the photos that booking.com places on their site and offered to us to contact booking.com directly. They explained us that the photo was taken from the luxury room and the its price is much much larger. However, later on they gave us bigger room with an additional bed, which we do not need. This room had no free socket to plug phone and laptop chargers, hair drier did not work. On the second day we had a strong leakage from the air conditioner. It was fixed and the manager had told to us, expressing his apologises and offered to fix all room problems (done very fast) and made us discount - we have paid usual prize for the room.
