The Wi-Fi connection was relatively weak in my room. Moreover, the speed was insufficient for online meetings, which I had to connect to through a hotspot on my phone. The breakfast was good, but there was little choice of non-sweet food.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Very close to the beach, restaurants and to the castle. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were very friendly.

A few square meters bigger space in the room could be beneficial (to fit a sofa or chairs), though it is still at an average size by Ischia standards and we had no issues in fitting with all our package for a week.

Nice property at a good location close to the castle, restaurants and beaches. We had a beautiful balcony with seaview and also there is an amazing rooftop terrace. Front desk staff is available at any time and ready to support in whatever requests/questions guests may have with honest supportiveness and smiles, such a great team!

Only difficulty was there is no lift and no room safe. The lack of a lift is only an issue if you have mobility issues

Location excellent, the staff were lovely and everything was extremely clean. Air conditioning excellent . Nice breakfast room with a good variety of continental fare

The location was amazing and our sea view also included a view of the castle. Staff were welcoming and breakfast included cakes and pastries, cereal, fruit and savoury options. The room was very clean with air conditioning, and we found the bed very comfortable.

We left our house keys in the drawer which we didn't discover until later. Would have been great if they could have let us know when room was cleaned but apparently their policy is not inform customers until they contact 1st.

Location is around 25 min walk from the actual port (where the ferry drops you) Very close to the castle and a lots of restaurants etc. Room could do with a little updating, view from balcony was lovely/

The staff were lovely, warm and friendly, helped recommend places to visit and were very kind. They really stood out, and it felt like a really nice family run hotel. (Though it turned out everyone is really warm and friendly in Ischia!) Room was cleaned well daily. Breakfast was fine. I slept right through every night as the hotel was nice and quiet. Had a great seaview balcony. Enjoyed the location and used the regular no. 7 bus to & from the port.

the hotel was just across the street from the bus that brings you from the Harbor. It had a large rooftop patio with comfortable chairs and couches with a lovely view of the ocean. There was a sandy clean beach half a block down the street

It was a little noisy inside but this was mostly due to inconsiderate guests.

Great location. Close to the castle and a good base for exploring. The roof top deck was perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Staff were all very pleasant.

Fantastic location close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Great view of the sea, castle and local life milling about from our room. The staff were helpful and kind. Plentiful varied breakfast. We appreciated the kettle and cups we asked for in our room.

Good location, close to shops&restaurants, Aragonese castle. Bus stop and supermarket - just outside the hotel. The nice Miramare beach (free) - 3 min walk. Bus no. 7 to the port/bus station - ~ every 20 minutes, takes ~5-7 min. Breakfast - simple, but very tasty. They have a terrace - Solarium, with chairs, tables and ... shower😉 Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning working very well. Basic rooms not large, but if you don't have a large luggage, then its ok.

The coffee machine coffee wasnt great but we used our own and our own teabags. The hotel didnt have an iron we could use.

Great location. Lovely balcony where we could see the sea and all the activity in the street below. Room was nice and quiet. Hotel is within easy walking of shops and restaurants and the castle. Breakfast was ok, a bit more variety would be good.
