Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very hilly approach and entry into the complex. Perhaps he should offer a bottle of water in the refrigerator without cost.
Carlo has done an excellent job of renovating the upstairs of his house into three lovely rooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of them have wonderful large balconies overlooking the hillside. The bathroom is very good with a very good shower. The breakfast is good. His recommendation for dinner was very good with lots of food options.

We did one night here in transit. Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent breakfast. The room was lovely and clean with a beautiful terrace. The grounds around the home are gorgeous. Really lovely spot I would recommend!

Nothing not to like
The welcome to this really lovely B&B couldn't have been better. Carlo messaged us before arriving and greeted us at the property. The place is charming and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and served looking out over the garden. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean, lovely toiletries provided. Could not recommend this place more.

The property is very well maintained and has good parking and a very comfortable room. Carlos goes over the top with his hospitality. So helpful and friendly! He was super great about arranging a dinner reservation and a great restaurant!

We had a wonderful stay. Carlos and Francesca were great hosts. Breakfast every morning was perfect. Carlos was very helpful in showing us different places to visit. Our room was spacious and we could not of had a better start to our trip.

The place was more than expected, sparkling clean, quiet, very pitoresque. The breakfast was good, the coffee was amazing, one of the best I tasted. The host is very helpful, not just with information, but he involved in helping us organising with the lunch and some special requests we had.

Cozy property with attention to details and cleanliness, but what make the biggest difference is people! Carlo was very kind, helped us with luggage, suggested and booked a restaurant for us, advised on the beach to visit. Breakfast was also very nice, especially freshly baked croissants. Thank you once again for our short but very pleasant stay!

Everything’s perfect ! I like the Chinese characters in the rooms which says four seasons. The owner is super kind and funny and helped us to arrange dinner. He made almost 7-8 phone calls for us to book a seat. Breakfast is super nice, environment is great, perfect for my gf to make videos ;)
