Our balcony had a view from the ground floor facing backside of hotel. So the view could have been better, but it was a nice and quiet even though.

A lovely gem of a place, amazing lake access perfect for kids living the water, swimming, rock exooringzc skimming and more! Apartments is a lovely size, with lots of added extras laundry, excellent host, coffee machine excellent facilities for self catering but equally easy take away options and donut out options. We found this perfect spot to explore and chill outs Pool depth was great for our 5 & 9 year old which is always a worry for me This area I would say is quieter than other lake locations a but made it even more special

Franscesa on reception was just fabulous - nothing too much to help and advise on. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything required for a 3 night stay. We stayed because of all the other reviews on here and we were not disappointed. The pool was great - plenty of beds to go round. So close to the lake with boat hire right outside who were also fab! Great restaurants and bars a short walk away. 10 stars from us!!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but staff was very attentive and helped out with a mattress topper. FYI: Bring your own pool towels.

Location location location Attentive staff The Maderno harbor and Maderno-Toscolano beach promenade are lovely. Beach closeby. Grocery store (Conad) was closeby. Underground parking is very convenient and the price for it is absolutely reasonable given parking in town is extremely limited.

Great neat and spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen. A great garage away from the sun and with big enough parking spaces. Location is right at the lake and the local beach boulevard.

Laundry facilities were extremely useful (washing machines and dryer) - we had just completed several days in hotels prior to this stay and the ability to wash clothes was appreciated. A short walk from coffee, gelatos and various restaurants. Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Great staff. Easy to use apartment and straightforward pool. Parking underground means your car does not cook in the hot weather! (note - this requires the payment of a daily fee). WiFi fine. If you like hiring boats for Lake Garda, there is a place located just outside the site on the road. Easy walking around Maderno and Toscalano - lots to explore and plenty of places to stop for a gelato or a cold drink! The staff were very friendly/helpful and I would stay here again.

I would forbid animals from staying in the apartment and from pooping around on the grass, even though there is a sign saying that it is not allowed. But irresponsible owners are to blame for that.

Everything was great. The location is great, there is underground parking, the pool is not crowded and there is always space, the ladies at the reception are very friendly, the apartments are very clean, the balcony is spacious and overlooked the pool. We've seen a man control the water in the pool several times and well done for that. Everyone is doing a great job.We will be back.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful - exactly as I would expect in Italy. The location couldn't be better with the city center and lake just a short stroll away. The apartment provided ample space for a relaxing stay. A fantastic choice for families!
