We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt seems like the pictures were from a different appartment as the one we were in. We still had everything needed. Please note that pictures show a hot tube , however it needs to be reserved and there is a cost to it.
It was located in the quiet area outside of Livigno city but very accessible.

It is a very low standard, like sheets and towels that are worn out (although clean) and e.g. dirt/dust on the floor under the beds. Beds were very uncomfortable. It was also noisy from the neighbours living on top of us, you could hear them walking across the floor. Spectacular location.

PolandApartment was kind of a basement/garrage, below the surface of main terrain, transformed into apartments. It was totally not reflecting the price and the offer description. After entering to the apartament, for about 15-20 minutes air smells really badly. I assume something was wrong with the ventilation. You cannot see anything through windows, because the wall is located about 50 cm from them. So forget about day light… When I asked to change the apartament for the one from offer description, the host firstly ignored my complaints and then proposed another apartment for additional €100 per night… this was an absolute joke and the worst customer care I ever experienced (this is my very first negative feedback and I’m using booking.com for years). I absolutely not recommend this place, because you are attracted by a jacuzzi, nice view, nice photos and receiving basement-like burrow. For this price, you have plenty of other options in Livigno.

Poland- location of the apartment in the basement / it was not in the description of the offer / because the photos in the booking offer included windows, there was no indication that the apartment was located in the basement. ( photos) - no real windows, instead of which there were holes imitating windows and behind them there were moldy walls. - There was mold on the ceiling and at the window openings in every room. In particular, the ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and there was no ventilation, and the artificial window also overlooked the moldy wall. - There was an incredible smell of mold and damp in the apartment. - There was one tiny window in the entire apartment overlooking the air. The entire frame and walls around the window were moldy, which intensified the stench of the mold when it was opened and air was let in. The owner is dishonest, does not respond to the allegations, the case is taken to court. We moved out immediately because the stay was a threat to health and life (especially for people with allergies). We were left with 3 small children without help and support. The owner is a manipulator who offered us more expensive accommodation much further away as an alternative. We asked for refund as apartment is not as described and conditions are unacceptable., owner refused. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! it is a dump not as described with a cheating owner
Nothing was good, we had to leave apartment immediately with no refund so far, not as descried, dirty full of mold and smelly, there are no real windows just imitations with moldy walls behind
