The steep steps at the entry were challenging with our luggage but the staff was helpful about that.

Loved the location in the center of the old town. The room was very comfortable- especially the bed & the shower. Staff was helpful with everything we asked & the breakfast was excellent.

The apartment is a gem. we stayed in a balcony room and it was delightful. we arrived around midnight and it was not a problem. we were greeted by the lovely Angela who offered to even carry our bags for us, we declined but the offer was very much appreciated. we decided to go for a walk after check-in and she was even offering us umbrellas to keep dry. She was very friendly efficient and chatty. we had stayed in this hotel in 2007 while it was under different management and the difference was very noticeable. nothing was too much trouble . The location is ideal and the views are incredible. i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would like to express our thanks again to Angela who at every encounter made us feel special.

Perfect location right in the middle of the Old Town next to main Square Piazza Vecchia. Beautiful old building , room 12 is a super deluxe room , balcony and great views including the mountains. Huge comfortable room and ensuite , white bathrobe & slippers and a smart coffee machine. Delicious breakfast Italian style with good coffee and served until 10am so a relaxed affair. Staff are on duty 24 hours and happy to help in anyway possible.

The main lift did not work, lift for people with disabilities did not work and we had some difficulty with water installations in the bathroom. So, please call an electrician and a plumber immediately

The location in Città Alta is central in the centro storico. The staff were helpful , informative and cheerful. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and everything was plentiful and fresh. We would highly recommend a stay here as you are in the heart of everything .

This is by no means a complaint but the stay would have been perfect if there was a fully functioning bar. There was a bar and drinks were available but this was more of an add on to reception. That said, I don't know if we'd have used it as there was so much going on in the area.

This is a lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and the location literally could not be better. Staff kept our luggage as we had a late flight and ordered a taxi for us. It is really good value for money. All in all an excellent stay and we highly recommend.

Stairs as you open the door to enter the hotel, no lift 🙁 going in or out you have to take the stairs but I guess being in a very old building and busy area a lift cannot be made.

Room was very clean,TV with Netflix and good service and nice staff,very close to Piazza Vecchia 2 mins on foot 🙂
