Amount of cosmetics provided should be higher. Of course you can ask cleaning lady for additional shower gel or soap, but it should be obvious that if you have a hotel next to a beach, people need to shower at least twice a day. Also, breakfast was not that great - absolutely no warm options and coffee machine is not as good as you would expect from an Italian place. Also, please bear in mind that it is a cheap hotel, so if you expect stylish, beautiful rooms, full of new furniture you will be disappointed. Also, one of the sockets next to the bed was not working.

Maurizio from hotel's staff is the best person in the world. Kind, full of respect to everybody, it was like a journey to the old times, when hotel staff was something more than just a person working there. He is the soul of this place and make the whole hotel special and magical. On top of that ground floor is full of style. Beach just across the street, several restaurants nearby, and price of just around 70 EUR per night for 2 ppl? Maybe you see that the rooms as well as the whole hotel had been renewed decade or two ago (or maybe even more), but bathroom was very clean.

The photo used on booking.com to show the "deluxe double room" is very different to what the room is actually like. The photos showed two double beds in a large room, whereas the reality was one double bed in a smaller room.

We have stayed here before so we know what to expect. It is quite a basic hotel and a little tired in places but it is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The location is perfect! Right in front of the sea. Breakfast was really good. The room size is more than enough, with a small sea view. The bathroom was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

No beach towels provided by the hotel, you have to carry yours (not ideal). Buffet is closed due to COVID-19, so Breakfast is served, but service is very slow, and personnel often forget part of orders. Hot and cold water system is really a mess, you cannot simply set the mixer in a mid point, your shower will throw the hottest and coldest flows alternatively at 10 seconds intervals. Very uncomfortable. Please fix it! No courtesy bikes for guest, that could be a real plus for the hotel services, being Versilia one of the most enjoyable beach places with bikes.

The location, just in front of famous Versilia Promenade of Lido Di Camaiore. The rooms are clean and get cleaned everyday. Agreement with near beach lounge is a plus, you get 10% discount on daily rental.

Room is very old, only the bathroom looks good. View from the window of the neighboring house. The room is very small. Stayed for 2 days, the next day the room was cleaned, but some towels were not replaced with clean ones. The photo of the breakfast is not true. Not worth the money, when choosing a hotel, we relied on the photos, and they turned out to be deceptive.

Checkout at 10:00 is too early. Breakfast situation is rather stressful as you can't just pick your food yourself but have to queue and there is a guy standing there and giving you out the food while commenting all your choices with words like "very good choice". I don't want to be entertained but just have my toast in peace and quiet.
