Room was ok, nothing special. We wouldn't mind that as we knew we went to a guest house. The only downside was that they did not put us toilet paper and there was really no staff to ask for it. So, we had to go to the shop and get our own toilet paper 😐

The room size was manageable, but a bit small for three adults.

Great value for money. Brilliant location - walking distance to all main attractions. The staff were very helpful and polite and kindly looked after our bags once we had checked out so that we could explore one more time before going home! The room looked better than the photos and had been freshly decorated. Safe area.

Friendly staff. Great location, directly across the road from Castel St Angelo and only a short walk to the Vatican. About half an hour into the city centre but plenty of bus stops nearby.

Handy location and great stay. Ended up getting Heat Stroke and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to whilst I was sick. Aside from that loved our stay and found the location super handy. Walking distance to Vatican or the fountain. We often choose to ride e-bikes too.

Bathroom needs up dating, especially shower.

The room was clean, though small, we got what we expected, staff friendly and welcoming. Able to leave cases as we arrived in the morning, also as we were informed the B and B wasn't manned all day, on the last day we had an afternoon flight and was given a key so we could collect cases when we were leaving for the airport, and didn't have to drag them around with us. We didn't have the breakfast, we thought it was included in the price, its not, (our fault didn't read info properly). Near the Vatican 15 min walk, 81 and 87 bus around the corner takes you every where else.

Quite outdated. Bed wasn't very sturdy. Air conditioning wasn't great, room was quite warm all the time. Hair dryer was very old, barely any strength.

Location was great. Walking distance to Vatican and Trevi fountain. Staff were very accommodating for our late check-in. Plenty of hot water for showers. Perfect for city trip where you need somewhere to sleep and shower.

The fact that we had to change rooms was a little bit disturbing because we had to unpack and pack our things twice but it was worth it eventually! We also had to ask to change our towels because it has been 3 days and even though they cleaned the room, the didn’t change the towels, but they were immediately available to solve it.

Even though we went to the booked room the second day, the room had enough space for 2 people and our things. The bed was comfy. It also has a lot of bus stops around the corner for ever place at Rome. Everyone was nice, friendly and always available to help.

the staff were all amazing and actually helped with things outside of our booking too, as well as looked after our luggage for the whole day after check out too. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was great. would definitely recommend and come again. great value for the price.
