Temperature in room high not able to bring it down. Shower area is for small people only. Outdated small room with outdated gadgets definitely not worth 5 star rating

The rooms are much smaller than they look online, I found the mattress too firm but that could just be preference. I visited in March and it wasn't that warm, but the room was very warm and the hotel has no air conditioning (Cooling). I eventually worked out you an open the window but if you cant sleep through a riot like me this could be problematic. Staff where helpful but not particularly approachable.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was also very good with a decent selection of continental foods with very little fuss. Staff where helpful

This hotel is in an excellent location, approximately 15mins from the main tourist attractions. It has an old fashioned elegance with modern comforts. The breakfast was very good, the room very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was a very limited supply of tea/coffee in the room (3 pods for a coffee machine with tiny paper cups), and we had to call or walk downstairs to get milk. Unfortunately there's a huge amount of building work going on while they install a new metro stop. The hotel is surrounded by scaffolding and boarding covered in graffiti, which makes a walk back in the evening a little intimidating.

The staff were very courteous and there was a good selection at breakfast. Our room was very big and the en-suite was huge. The hotel was well-situated and we walked into the centre of Milan each day. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby

Nothing mostly. Although the breakfast has incredible quality and variety, the food replenishment was a bit slower than someone would think about. Other than that, perfect.

Perfectly located, 20-min walk to il Duomo and nearby areas. Navigli is really close too to the hotel. Service and staff really friendly and courteous, and the rooms neat and tidy. The atmosphere of the hotel resembles the Belle Époque but with fully modernised facilities.

It is very far from 5 stars. Anyway, it would be a small hotel, just don't say it's 5 stars because that's not true. I have been to a few 5-star hotels in the world, but this is not it.

The hotel decor was lavish but it does not function like a five star hotel. The bath was very slippery and no handles to assist. No hooks to hang up bath towels or the bath robes which were provided. The coffee machine had only 3 pods. We had 3 tea bags. The staff came to make up the room at 4pm which we thought was late. We sat for over 15 minutes in the bar hoping to get a drink in the evening but the bar attendant was busy talking and never came so we left.

Very nice room, a junior suite, we opted for but no view as we were on 4th floor. The hotel had lovely decor and the room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff member on duty at breakfast during our stay was also excellent and very attentive.

Breakfast should have some more variety and they should provide Tea bags, Milk in the rooms along with the coffeemaker.

Everything was good the rooms, Beds, Breakfast, Cleanliness and over all it was very goods. The staff is very roundly and helpful and they help in all manner possible. Specially Mr. Massimillano He was very good and helpful. Over all a good experience.

The previous reviews I read - I am not sure what people are c complaining about to be honest The hotel is very central, staff are amazingly helpful. The room was spacious, the bed vast and very comfortable. I travel a lot and see quite a few Marriott and Hilton hotel in Europe and hotel Pierre vastly surpasses those chains

Probably due for abit of a renovation. Carpets and walls are grimy. I don’t like the hairdryer personally, prefer a proper hairdryer. A kettle would have been great.

Location good although road works abit of a problem now. Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Love the bath room amenities (soap,shampoo etc). My highlight was the staff.
