We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel Pisani is a well-located hotel convenient to all the places and locations of interest in Taranto city centre. It represents great value for money, and all of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The room had all of the facilities that I required and, although not having every convenience of more 'upmarket' hotels, was nevertheless clean and comfortable.

Czech RepublicIt was quite cold in the rooms, though the heating was on starting from 9 pm.
The hotel is located in a courtyard but it is not difficult to find. The street is quiet and very close to the main shopping street of Taranto. There are many restaurants and shops around. All the sights in Taranto can be reached within 20 minutes (walk). The railway and bus stations are also about 20 minutes walk (or 6 stops by bus). The hotel is located in new town of Taranto, which is a nice district to stay in. The old town, on the contrary, looks quite empty with many dilapidated houses and few shops. I had a single room on the second floor. It was basic accommodation but it was clean and the price was excellent. Breakfast is served in a small room on the ground floor, it is a typical Italian one (coffee, juice, croissant). Wifi worked well throughout my stay.

SwitzerlandThe key to lock the room door needed to be turned twice otherwise it was not locking. Minor thing which i am sure the property will repair.
Room and toilet are clean. The people at the front desk are very nice. They clean the room and change the towels everyday. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is simple between 7 and 10am. The location is perfect and close to restaurants. There is also a fan.
